“how to get discounted products for amazon review _amazon product review request template”

Of course it’s skewed… to the 5 stars. People who want free/discounted stuff don’t want to paint the product in a bad light so they will continue to receive other free/discounted stuff. I ignore all Vine and “received for free in return for my honest opnion” reviews because 99% of the time, the reviewers have NFI what they are talking about and are just fluffing.

This is a great article and as a person that does test sample products from amazon sellers I can say that I absolutely hate the fake reviews, it ruins the whole process. I take pride in my honest opinion and review of the products I test , I also update my review if something were to go wrong along the way with the item as well. Fake reviews just make it hard on those of us who are genuine and want to help the consumer get an idea of what they can expect from the product they’re looking at . I am one of the people that rely on word of mouth and honest reviews while shopping or looking at a business, it’s often what helps me decide .

We regularly survey reviewers to get a better understanding of their needs and how we’re doing when it comes to meeting them. Findings from the Reviewer Feedback Programme help us to improve the reviewing experience. For example 90% of reviewers said they would like to be able to see the final decision and other reviewers’ comments on a paper, so we added this functionality to EES.

Stay alert about negative reviews that are published about your business. Automated email notification helps increase your respond time to customer complaints, so you are in a better position to resolve product issues.

Well, there are cases when competitors are actually paying to peoples to leave negative feedback on other sellers which is definitely against the Amazon’s review policy. You can avoid negative reviews by tracking with Amazon negative reviews tracker tool such as AMZ Insight in order to instantly know whenever there’s a negative review arise on your listing.

As for the coupon codes saving you less than the stated amount…that is flat out bad business. I have never run into that problem, BUT I have had the problem of not reading the email fully before I entered the code. In a couple cases, the email sort of implied it would be free, but never really said it was a 100% off coupon code. In those cases, I ALWAYS reply the Seller and tell them that they need be upfront and crystal clear about the actual discount the code is applying. I suggest you all do the same so we can stamp out the vague emails and bad practices going on.

Other categories, like mobile, change quite a bit as new phones seem to be announced all the time, usually just a few days after you’ve already upgraded. You can bet we will update those product groups faster and more frequently.

Frankly, I’m glad they finally took it seriously. I have been feeling for some time now that Amazon was turning a blind eye to it all while honest reviewers were getting pummeled with downvotes and spending hours to do what someone else was paying others to do.

I cover this in the post “The Downvoting Game on Amazon Reviews. They are targeting Sellers and Reviewers that paid money to others to write bogus reviews and up/down vote reviews for them. This is a case of some serious offenses, not Amazon going after reviewers that fail to put that they got the item for free or at a discount. In short, it’s fraud and deception they are trying to stop.

A lot of the comments here show ignorance of the processes and motivation behind what reviewers do and say (especially in regards to Vine). First of all, Vine items aren’t “free” in a sense that Amazon issues a W-2 to reviewers. The item’s fair market value is the “income” and you have to pay taxes on it. Essentially, you pay your income tax rate on the total fair market value of the items. That is no small amount of money, especially when the fair market values on some items are oddly calculated (sometimes above the sale price – there seems to be no rhyme or reason). Most people will be paying 10-25% of the FMV for their Vine products.

3. Always tell the truth! Brands need truthful people to evaluate their products. If you lie, companies will not know if they need to make any improvements to their products. Also, you can get yourself removed from their program, and not get paid.

TestZon was only launched in 2016 and already shows multiple signs of being a great place to shop for nearly free. If it isn’t already, TestZon needs to be on your short list. They have products for almost every category imaginable and can test many for free including video game headsets, swim goggles, and clothing. If something isn’t free, you can find many other items for sale for only a few pennies.

Experienced sellers understand the importance of tracking product reviews. Studies have shown that buyers pay close attention to what other people have to say about the quality of an item. Additionally, Amazon uses product reviews in its algorithm for determining which items appear first in search results.

Avoid reviewing group promotional items under the group affiliate link they’re using. If you review a promo under a group affiliate link, it’s too easy to get tangled into a seller relationship block or wipe.

For high-end products worth at least $50, take a look at Giveaway Service. You do need to be approved by each individual seller before you can receive the discount. They also offer a lot of free giveaways too.

Anyway, I left it at that and really didn’t give it too much more thought but about 2 weeks after updating my public profile I received my first email with a request to review a novel…I was totally surprised and delighted. Its been about 2 months now since I followed the advise here and I am now getting on average about 10-12 requests a week now ranging from beauty products, bluetooth wireless headphones, knitting needles and crochet hooks (incidentally I had mentioned on my profile one of my hobbies being knitting and crochet), clothes like summer dresses and tops, photography props for babies, kids accessories, Remote Control Dog Training Collars (I have 2 small but very barky dogs so this was ideal!!), LED fairy lights, books, both novels and children’s stories, vitamin supplements, Latte Coffee Mugs, etc etc. I am blown away at how well following your advise Tristan has worked. I’ve also been approached by 2 companies who are launching new brands on Amazon and are requesting reviews for their new products upon launch. I have only to date had to decline 2 requests, these were for products that neither I nor my family would make use of and I don’t think there is any point in accepting products just for the sake of it being free!

2.      Send follow-up emails after an Amazon purchase asking for feedback. Amazon asks for feedback following a purchase, but it’s a generic email with nothing special. Instead, send personalized review requests; ideally you want to send them shortly after they’ve received your product so its awesomeness is still fresh in their minds. You can even use a site like FeedbackFive to automatically send customized feedback request emails. Make it really easy for users to leave a review by including a link.

Yes it took awhile for me to get anything too Remi. The key is to keep completing their surveys and once you do start getting products to review make sure to do the different task they would like you to do. Do that, you’ll be bombarded with a bunch of great products!

Savvy shoppers almost never purchase a product without knowing how it’s going to work for them. They read the good, the not-so-good, and the downright ugly to make the all-important decision: should I pull out my wallet and take the plunge?

Do you know if the email that you put on your public profile needs to match the Amazon-registered email? I would really love to put an email to be contacted on but would like to use a disposable one for when it eventually gets picked up by spam bots.

It looks like their engine does that: “…every analysis does two simultaneous things: we analyze every single review posted and we review each reviewer and every review that reviewer has ever posted on that account.”

At this point, I was deeply leery of buying any dongle off of Amazon. But I was much more curious about the reviews themselves. Clearly, these reviews were unreliable. But how did they get there? And was there a way to sort out the sham reviews from honest feedback?

The best reviews are posted by people who are trying to find a solution to a problem or to fulfill an actual need, not just say whatever for a freebie. Most of the “honest and unbiased” reviews just regurgitate color options and product specs.

You seem like a smart person, so I think you could understand the algorithm, but it would take a lot of time like it would for anyone else and understanding it wouldn’t give you the ability to change it or have any value worth the time it would take you to research it.

For over 5 years, I have been approached by authors, publishers, product manufactures and distributors to read/try their products and then write a review on Amazon. It has often been a rewarding experience in that I get to try products I love, and ones that I would have never bought but seem interesting.

AMZRC has wider inventory than most because their seller fees are lower. The savings are passed onto you, the shopper, with more coupon codes. This means more people can try out a single product and there are more discounted and free products to choose from!

wow, louida, you have a nice picture in the meet me. and the other small one under hello is a good one too. its nice to meet you. you are a really nice person. you deserve to be thanked for all of your help. you are so kind.

Unlike Amazon’s in-house Vine review program that is invitation only, anybody can apply to become a shopper on these Amazon review sites. If you like trying out products and leaving honest feedback, you are an excellent candidate for reviewing products sold on Amazon.

I just got OB tampons through them get something I can’t use now since i had surgery to fix some women issues. I have been quite a bit from crowdtap lately I am going to be getting some shampoo and conditioners and hair color here soon.

6 Months on I am currently ranked 173 on Amazon UK, and as a result I am contacted everyday by third party sellers offering me free samples in return for my honest review, unfortunately as of yet I have not been invited to join the Vine program. The vast majority of companies that contact me are based in China who’s product are stocked in UK Amazon distribution centres and are usually delivered next day via Prime, but some items are sent from China or Malaysia.

5.      Solicit the top Amazon reviewers. Amazon holds a list of their top reviewers – a compilation of esteemed reviewers who are valued for their insightful and objective critiques. Many of these top Amazon reviewers also hold titles such as “Top Ten Reviewer,” or “Hall of Fame Reviewer,” which are displayed alongside their making their reviews ultra-valuable.

Amazon, Wal-mart, and Target aren’t just popular retailers — their websites also serve as resources. Thousands of people flock to these sites daily to research products by way of customer reviews. Many big stores like these are used as search sources when others don’t include enough information for shoppers to make an educated decision.

Do you have one main Twitter account or multiple accounts for each company? Would there be a conflict with writing reviews/feedback on products for different companies (i.e Influenster, Smiley360, etc) on the same account?

This is one of the first review sites I have come across that charges a monthly subscription fee. If you feel you are having trouble getting products from other sites, this site’s fee just may keep the pool of reviewers down to a more manageable sum.

Reviewing requires the investment of time and a certain skillset. Before you decide if you want to become a reviewer, we recommend that you read more about the peer review process and conducting a review. You can also check out some of the free e-learning modules, tools and resources on Elsevier Researcher Academy.

On Google Maps, you can write reviews for places you’ve visited. You can also leave info about a place, like if it’s quiet, lively, or romantic. These reviews and opinions are voluntary. We don’t pay reviewers for adding them to Google Maps.

Hey Guys, I found a site better than most of the sites listed here. http://www.dealgogogo.com. Same discount exchange for honest review concept. They have thousands of goodies online, and seems they always send you the promo code right away. Good for starter like me. It is very difficult to get a code from Amzreviewtrader.

The problem is that AmzRC does not give you any control over who snags your coupons. One person can grab a lot of them and then resell them. This is theft and a double whammy. Once you lose money when you sell your products heavily discounted and you lose again when he steals your customers with your own free or discounted product.

AMZBlitz is a new Amazon product testing program offering very deep discounts on Amazon products that you can test and keep. It’s so new that details of the program are very limited. Available for shoppers in USA.

Distributed enterprises are finding that legacy WAN technologies are creating pain points in the digital era, prompting the need for a new WAN paradigm. Once you’ve got your list, go back to the boilerplate form letter you were using for the Amazon top reviewers. Tweak it a little, making sure to reference things spotted on the blogger’s pages, and adding any commonalities. Email them (if contact info is available on their site) or use the contact form on their site if available.

For Eric, Feedback Genius was a “no-brainer purchase.” For just 20 dollars a month, he gets all of his buyer communications automated with personable messages to customize each customer’s purchasing experience.

I got an invite a while back when it was new, but didn’t know that I could get free stuff to review. Any ideas on how to re-activate said invite? I don’t seem to have the email, although I could dig deeper.

AmzRC is not a very good review site if you are a seller. I used this club for one month. I was happy to see that my coupons were being snagged fast. My happiness turned into dismay when I saw my products appeared on Amazon.com offered by another seller. I own this brand so no one else can sell them. This seller bought my products with my coupons and is now competing with me on Amazon. Of course he bought them from me at less than what they cost me.

I am so tired of reading reviews from people that rcv the prodcuts for a discount/free – so many of them are obviously paid/fake since the reviewers clearly have never used the product. I immediately downvote any review where I see a disclaimer about a person receiving the product at a discount/free. I don’t care about the various programs that amazon runs…VINE or otherwise. Rarely do I see a person give less than a 3star rating on a ‘discount/free’ product. Amazon should create two rating systems: a verified buyer rating and a ‘shill rating’.

primarily used by freelancers who use Fiverr to offer services to customers worldwide. Services offered on the site include writing, translation, graphic design, video editing and  programming. Four of the largest health insurers were seeking mergers. CR raised concerns about how the move would cut choices, drive up costs and compromise quality, pressing the Justice Department to block them.

Here is what you do: First go to Amazon and locate the gear you are interested in. Then write a quick message to the seller(s) letting them know you are going on a family hiking trip and that you would love to try out their product(s) in exchange for an honest and detailed review. To increase your chance, mention that you will also be open to doing a video review of the product(s). Reviews are everything for Amazon sellers, and some sellers won’t hesitate to give out a few items in exchange for detailed reviews.

I do think there is a notable difference between ‘free’ and ‘discounted’, paying even a couple dollars for something seems to have some notable psychological effect. So I’m not a fan of Vine, which does special shipments of things a reviewer might not have any interest in at zero cost. However, *some* of these discount-in-exchange-for-a-review sites my wife has been using actually have some merit.

The top reviewers for Amazon have earned their status for a reason; they review everything from books to electronics, and other consumers rank their reviews as useful. While you might assume these reviewers are out of your reach—after all, they likely receive hundreds of requests a day—they are still worth contacting. Even if only a few end up reviewing your book, their reviews could make all the difference.

Trek to Teach is a nonprofit organization that sends fluent English speakers to teach in Nepal near the Himalayas. In addition to teaching, Trek to Teach strengthens local communities by helping schools build infrastructure, paint their classrooms, and find furniture.

They’re looking for bloggers, website owners, online publishers, journalists, YouTubers, Amazon reviewers (Vine), Yelpers, podcast show hosts, and other reviewers worldwide.  They fill out our easy Product Offer Form (HERE).  Then we publish their requests for reviews in our free email newsletters.

It is hard to say without knowing their techniques. The problem with this task is that there is often no hard proof that the detection is actually correct unless the author of the actual fake reviews (not made up fake reviews) from a review hosting site confirms it. Of course, it is easier if the company actually hosts reviews (e.g., Amazon or Yelp) because they can analyze the public information that the general public can see and also (more importantly) their internal data which tracks all the activities after a person comes to the website. A lot of unusual behaviors can be detected. Unfortunately, such data is not available to people outside the site.

With testing products it all depends on what demographic the company is looking for and they’ll send you a survey to complete to see if you qualify. Don’t expect to get a whole lot of products to test every month but if you stick to completing surveys all the time then you’ll start noticing product testing surveys to pop up in your email box quite a bit.

Any tool that allows me to grow my business, instead of managing the repetitive minutiae, is a worthwhile investment. An added bonus is how I can also make additional sales through Jump Send using their deals platform.

I know, I know….I should just type and not bother with any edits until I finish completely. But I’m a little OCD, and as soon as an error pops up I have to fix it. I’ve gone back and forth with editors, professors, up to and including my wife! But it’s just me, as my compulsion forces me to fix edits as I go. Grammarly has been very helpful, working along with me, together merrily Fixing edits as we go and keeping my blood pressure down!

If you want to add more emails to your email sequence, you can do it. However, I wouldn’t recommend it, because that could be considered both spammy for Amazon and annoying for your customers. Also, if you combine marketing inserts with email follow-up sequences, the chances of getting more reviews will considerably increase.

At No Kidding Coupon, my coupon to get a product did not work on amazon. I also was unable to reset my password when I had trouble logging into their site. Their Facebook page doesnt have activity since 2014 but I did post a question there anyway hoping to get a reply.

This review program is part of the GMYLE brand, “developing MacBook, Tablet, Smartphone Accessories.” Like similar programs, they only offer their own brand’s products for review. When applying: Reviewers in “United States will receive first round pick. United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, France, Italy and Spain will become available after.”

Books definitely have fake reviews. I know, because I’m the assistant to an author, and it is ridiculously difficult to get real reviews. So when you see a LOT of them, you can pretty much bet the majority are fake. Fan letters can flood in via email, but just try and get those very same fans to post reviews on Amazon. They just can’t be bothered. (It would be great if Amazon offered discounts or something to incentivize real reviewers.)

FeedbackFive now has a great way for Amazon sellers to manage product reviews for their preferred ASINs. Product reviews are one of the most powerful markers of a product’s success. Now FeedbackFive users have an easy way not only to solicit reviews, but also to track them and (in the case of a negative review) respond in a timely manner. This is a feature that has been highly requested by our sellers, and we’re excited to announce it.

Amazon Vine is an invitation-only program. Vine Voices are selected based on several criteria, but primarily on the helpfulness of their reviews as judged by all other customers and by their demonstrated interest in the types of products that are featured in the program. Customers who consistently write helpful reviews and develop a reputation for expertise in specific product categories are most likely to be invited into the program.

Contact those who leave you negative reviews. Ignoring these won’t make them go away. Try to respond to negative reviews, especially if you think the reviewer is justified in their complaint or other customers have complained about the same issue. Take this opportunity to learn from your clients and improve your business.

The process to claim coupon codes is different than other sites. It is free to join the Buyers Club and you get 200 credits that can be redeemed for two coupons (i.e. 100 credits equal one coupon code). Leaving reviews allows you to get more credits.

It’s tough making your living online – the web has a way of bringing out the worst in people as many users hide under the internet’s veil of anonymity to spread slander they’d never dream of voicing IRL. It’s not a matter of if you’ll ever get a bad review – it’s just a matter of when.

Hi ive just written my book called Goodness and Mercy under Frederick Amina at Amazon book’s. If anyone is looking for a good read this is the book to read. This is the book it’s about alcoholism divorce drug addiction bitterness anger hatred and jealousy forgiveness unforgiveness anxiety poverty fear worry love happiness death suicide lost of a loved one Redemption and so much more all in one book. Thanks

To recommend your products, I need to know you can appreciate the fact ethically I have limits I’m not willing to break, regardless of the fact Amazon has specifically banned this practice and my doing what you ask could get us both in trouble. Honestly, I have a feeling that eventually, someone you send this to will report you.

Look at the reviewer’s other reviews, SEE if they don’t blast stuff when it needs it. See if they don’t routinely try to point out problems with items. The public is often quick to say they’d rather see a “FREE” review that is fair and detailed, than an item with no reviews at all. It would be nice if people would SUPPORT helpful reviewers, and review more often themselves. A lot of us will answer questions that are emailed to us, or comments left with questions.

Also, they asked me to check some of the existing reviews, and to click that one helped me. They suggested the video review that was included, but said I could choose any one that I liked. I did click and choose to say the video review helped me, because it’s a solid review and it did a great job of showcasing the product features. But the whole thing just seemed different than what I expected.

Great article, but I did not set up reviews as all my items are one of a kind antique etc and when it is sold it is removed is there a way to set up reviews for the store or web site? Any suggestions?

It’s more complicated than that. Amazon doesn’t ship everything themselves, so you have to deal with shipping from potentially multiple marketplace sellers. You can post feedback about that in the seller feedback, but I doubt many people read that.

They are another recently launched site with a large marketplace of discounted products: lots of electronics, as well as watches, apparel, toys, kitchen/BBQ, pet supplies, hand bags, leisure, personal grooming items and more. Available for reviewers in USA.

While you want to keep those review forms as short as possible, consider any vital information others need to make an educated buying decision. A fashion store may want to ask if a product fits “true to size” or not. A photography store can benefit from knowing if the reviewer is an amateur or professional.

Shvoong is a kind of get paid to review site, where you can make money by writing reviews on written publications such as books, magazines, e-books, websites and etc. The reviews are written as brief summaries so that the readers can quickly get the information they need and move on. Shvoong earns money from the advertisement displayed through out the site, which in return for your reviews, they will share 10% of the total revenue earned from ads displayed next to your reviews. When you have $10 in your account, you can request a payment which will be paid on the 5th day of every month.

Hi we’ve been running some experiments with different shipping price points to see how much free shipping vs cheap shipping vs “at cost” shipping effects conversion rate once a product has been added to cart.
