“how to get discounted amazon products for reviews +amazon product review request”

I think Amazon has answered some of your requests. Reviews that come from the Vine are labeled at the very top of the review with the phrase “ Vine Customer Review of Free Product”. This phrase is in bright green text so you can’t miss it. This blurb is automatically attached by Amazon to any Vine review.

Thankful to you for posting the matters on how to take caution on bad reviews. I’m a writer, and my book is on the way. And I was really worried myself, how I would face bad reviews if any comes through. this site is truly helpful.

It might seem a bit too good to be true, but the product testing sites reviewed in this guide really are genuine and, if you stick with it, they’ll happily send you enough items to keep your spending as low as possible.

If you want to become a product reviewer and get free products, I suggest you use companies like BzzAgent and Smiley360 because with them you are allowed to share information about the products you’ve tested and survey panels you’re not allowed to.

You can find many items as low as 10 cents. Sometimes, you can even buy something for a penny before shipping. While other review sites have a books category, Jump Send also seems to be one of the few that usually has books available at discounted prices and several free downloadable PDFs.

I wondered, but it didn’t matter, and doesn’t now. This whole list of comments is frustrating – people are acting like this Mud site has anything to do with Amazon, like they’re applying for Vine here on some random site. As if Amazon would see it here.

Product testing has become the go-to method for Amazon Sellers to get brand lift, increase sales and product reviews, and rise in the search results on Amazon. Below you will find a growing list of companies and programs that help Amazon Sellers connect with product testers and send out deeply discounted and free product for you to test and keep.

Amazon’s current TOS/rules say that, to post a review, they have to have purchased (from Amazon.com of course! LOL) at least $50 in merchandise (!) using their credit or debit card. So, gift cards, as some of the posters suggest, won’t work unless you happen to find those customers. New Amazon customers who want to post a review? Good luck!? Also, nobody mentions this, but keep in mind that, for every product you discount (say 50% or even 99%), remember that those reviewers, naturally (or let’s just say often) will come back and post those products on Amazon at a price way more competitively than yours. So you have to remember the yin and the yang: the upside is you might get a good review, the downside is you could easily lose 1 future sale for every 1 review. Yes, perhaps that’s a small price to pay. Sometimes, though, it can be hundreds of dollars, or more, lost per sale, for higher priced goods, imo.

Here the membership requirement is more stringent in the sense that you should have an active buying habit within Amazon.com, and have a credible history of reviews. The main products are often the new products under promotion. And you get to bring them home free for your review.

Since January 14, I have tried to get some one form either Amazon and/or HomeTown, to organise the return and refund. Nobody, either at Amazon and/or at HomeTown seems to care about the multiple emails, and complaints sent this January 14.

Hi, Megan It is reallly useful to read your article . But I have a question . As you said ,Be prepared to offer your product for free in exchange for a revieBut as far as I know , it is not allowed as it is agaist Amazon policy . Also if he does not pay the bill , will amazon allow top reviewer to make a review ? Waiting for your fast reply . Best regards

Amazon Vine invites the most trusted reviewers on Amazon to post opinions about new and pre-release items to help their fellow customers make informed purchase decisions. Amazon invites customers to become Vine Voices based on their reviewer rank, which is a reflection of the quality and helpfulness of their reviews as judged by other Amazon customers. Amazon provides Vine members with free products that have been submitted to the program by participating vendors. Vine reviews are the independent opinions of the Vine Voices. The vendor cannot influence, modify or edit the reviews. Amazon does not modify or edit Vine reviews, as long as they comply with our posting guidelines. A Vine review is identified with the green stripe Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program.

I think one big difference is that the objects must be reviewed within 30 days. Many negative reviews from regular users come weeks or months later, when problems start to show up, and they get to experience how the seller/manufacturer deals with faulty product. There is a good chance the first 30 days will provide a positive experience with most products, unless the whole product is of poor design, or does not live up to specifications. It would be great to have the Vine reviewers come back a year later and update their reviews.

Review.Directory is another review site that allows you to sample free products and share your reviews on Amazon or other social media channels. You will be emailed promotions from a campaign director. This can also be a good option for bloggers as some sellers are also wanting to run giveaways. In addition to reviewing the product yourself, you can potentially get paid to help others enjoy the product.

Yes. Click on the report link in the review and choose the appropriate reason why you believe the review should be removed. eBay will review all requests and make a decision. A negative review, by itself, is not removable.

Our clear policy made us top Amazon reviewers on social media! We have positive feedback from many thankful clients who have considerably improved their Amazon selling! Tag yourself in and find out how to get game-changing Amazon reviews on social media!

And, as best I can tell, you didn’t miss anything – there’s no average rating or most helpful reviews pulled when you filter it down. You just have to slog through them until you get the information you need….

Bzzagent does not pay you. Not sure where you got your information, but it is product testing plain and simple. I myself have done several campaigns for them, so I can speak from experience. Also, you can check their website.

6.      Say thank you! One of my all time favorite books, How to Win Friends and Influence People (I swear, I’m not a self-help junkie, this is an eccentricity in my library), notes that all people crave sincere appreciation. Be sure to follow-up and thank the top Amazon reviewers for their thoughtful review – with sincerity of course!

You may also want to try using one of the many campaign companies to help you get reviews. Companies like Honest Few, I Love to Review, and Reviews for Free (to name a few) can help get your product in front of reviewers and reviews posted with in a week or so thereafter. It’s far easier than doing it yourself.

An avid fan of the original E.V.O. Search For Eden, Spore is a wonderful game, that just doesn’t work well for later models of Windows unfortunately. Despite filtering through forums for solutions, nothing ever let me play this game again.

According to Amazon, “Vine is an invitation-only program. All Vine products are submitted by vendors to Amazon and distributed by Amazon to the Vine Voices. Vendors have no contact with the Vine Voices, and have no influence over which Vine Voices will review their products.”

The world has changed since Amazon introduced its first smart speaker in 2014. Back then, the Echo was something of an oddity — a bookshelf speaker made interactive and, remarkably, truly useful through Amazon’s voice-activated Alexa virtual assistant. Since then, the company has expanded its lineup of smart speakers to include a variety of specialties, while continuing to build out Alexa’s arsenal of skills and integrations with third-party apps and smart home gadgets. And the world has caught up, too, pitting Amazon against an increasingly competitive market full of noteworthy rivals including Google, Sonos, and, soon, Apple.

This is easy: don’t review 10 eye liners unless you want to asked to review a new eye liner. If you review only XBox games, then I would expect only XBox games companies to ask you to review their games. Your reviews are a portfolio of your interests, and expect suppliers to treat them that way.

What I hate is when the public assumes that you give something 5 stars you are a ‘FAKE.’ One thing that needs to be made clear is that a FAKE reviewer, as used in the lawsuits, involved people that were taking money and NEVER SEEING an item, just writing whatever the vendor told them to write! Realize not everyone has the same working definition of “FAKE.” Fake is not the same as compensated or commissioned.

Yup, that sounds like Amazon! I have had two experiences with them that blew my mind and opened my eyes to how they treat customers (and I’m a customer since 1996 who has spent tens of thousands of dollars with them).

I filled out so many testing item surveys it’s not funny. It’s been s few months and I don’t even get any emails for anything related to the site. It’s not worth it. I also did the surveys for offer bucks.com and you have to have all 10 validated before you get your $100, I have only had one validated and it’s been months. I them twice and never got a response. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Each day, millions of consumers use Amazon’s websites to assist with their  purchasing decisions. In order to make those decisions more informed, Amazon publishes customer reviews of products and services available on Amazon.com. Amazon pioneered customer reviews 20 years ago and is now home to hundreds of millions of unique reviews. Reviews provide a forum for sharing authentic feedback about products and services – positive or negative. Amazon does not remove reviews because they are critical; Amazon believes all helpful information can inform its customers’ buying decisions. As long as they abide by Amazon’s Customer Review Guidelines, Amazon’s customers can review and rate products or services available on Amazon’s websites. Honest and unbiased reviews allow customers to trust that they can shop with confidence on Amazon.com; reviews also help fulfill Amazon’s mission to be Earth’s most customer-centric company. In short, Amazon takes the credibility of its customer reviews very seriously. 3.

, King County Case No. 15-2-08579-4 SEA (filed April 8, 2015). Most of those sites have since closed and Amazon has identified and taken action against sellers who used those sites to obtain fake reviews. Amazon is continuing those efforts with this lawsuit against the individuals who provide those fake reviews.

Some product are more expensive at amazon than in the stores: Casa Giulia Sour chery preserve 12.35 oz $2.99 at World Market and S10.25 at Amazon. Ginger powder and White pepper 1 oz jar is more expensive then a 8oz at Smart and Final, World Market and even Ralphs Supermarket. Listerine is more expensive than Rite Aid or even supermarket

Before the ban on incentivized reviews, Amazon had tolerated reviews that were given in exchange for a free or discounted product — as long as the reviewers were upfront about that. But that system was gamed, according to a report earlier this year from Consumerist. Some reviewers posted hundreds of reviews in just a few weeks, which casts some doubt as to whether they were able to legitimately try out the products.

A review may not show on your item for one of two reasons. First, your item may not be eligible for review. Second, a review may not have been provided by a buyer. eBay prompts buyers to be the first to write products reviews.

Follow-up is key. Every time you reach out to a reviewer, add the date to your excel spreadsheet so you can keep track of when you sent your letter, who says yes, who says no, and who never replies. Follow up two weeks after your initial request with a friendly and simple message asking if they have had a chance to read through your request and that you look forward to hearing back.

You might have already incorporated coupons into your shopping routine, but you can probably find even more if you visit coupons.com. The site lets you search for items by categories, such as apparel, food and personal care, so you can make sure you get the best deals for items on your shopping list.

Over 90% of Amazon buyers typically fail to leave feedback. In addition, customers with a negative experience are more motivated to leave feedback. What is your strategy for getting more feedback on Amazon?

Sounds about right (par for the course). Get an listed telephone number and then use the old one solely as an Amazon dedicated line, if the additional expense isn’t prohibitive. Also, naturally, now the vendor will start retaliating by “negging” your other reviews (happens all the time).

“Manufacturers aren’t necessarily trying to mask a terrible product,” Tarnoff said. “There are instances where a tactic could boost awareness of a product that people aren’t going to go out of their way to write a review of.”

3. Always tell the truth! Brands need truthful people to evaluate their products. If you lie, companies will not know if they need to make any improvements to their products. Also, you can get yourself removed from their program, and not get paid.

Most of the offers ask me if I am interested in the item first and then give me the info to get them. A few, however, just send out a lists of codes with a first come, first served approach. I can’t check my email non-stop, so I have missed out on all of those.

Compared to the earlier one, this Honest Society function more as an online community, where members are encouraged to offer their honest and unbiased opinions. The products featured on the review list can be quite a mixed bag, ranging from electronics to audio, to cosmetics. In return, you get the stuff free or at a 90% discount.

“how to get free amazon products in exchange for reviews _get paid to review products amazon”

I’m a Vine reviewer and I’d like to address some misconceptions in the article and comments. I love thewirecutter.com, and so I’d like to contribute by giving my understanding as a Viner who’s been doing it for several years:

Requesting and publishing customer reviews in an essential, ongoing part of doing business online. Using the steps listed here can convince shoppers that you’re trustworthy and have great products. They can also inspire other customers to share their thoughts about the products you sell.

I have had a few of the companies requesting a video review. I have been unable to upload a video. Can someone show me how to do this. The information I found on Amazon is old and I can not follow the same steps to post a video review. Thanks

They have shorter surveys, meaning it’ll take less time to complete them.  They offer product testing, online surveys, as well as business and IT type of surveys, earn money taking surveys on your phone, and surveys for teens.  You get paid in so many different ways with them.  💰 Pays by Cash via Check, PayPal, Visa Prepaid Cards, Merchandise, Gift Cards, and Movie Vouchers

This is due to a combination of factors – the fact that the vendor or seller has likely sought out those reviewers who are less critical, and the fact that reviewers may believe they would no longer have the opportunity to receive these sorts of offers, if they chose to say negative things.

Well, there are cases when competitors are actually paying to peoples to leave negative feedback on other sellers which is definitely against the Amazon’s review policy. You can avoid negative reviews by tracking with Amazon negative reviews tracker tool such as AMZ Insight in order to instantly know whenever there’s a negative review arise on your listing.

Consequently, while one should loathe the organzations that are, in this way, poisoning one of the few honest consumer-oriented platforms out there, it’s perhaps beside the point to direct vituperation towards VV. This seems to be someone formerly engaged not in esurience but in survival, and who is now performing a public service by disclosing her experiences in an open forum. The more information we have, the better. VV and others like her should be encouraged to describe their experiences, not chided, it seems to me, for past moral lapses made while under economic distress. Or, at least, not when clearly trying to make amends.

1. Create a tracking system. You will need to identify and track to whom you are going to send your book or product. Not everyone that you contact will respond (I found about 50 percent of the people do), and of the people who respond about 50 percent of them will ultimately do a review. That means about one out of four people you identify will post a review (based on my experience), which is not too shabby. To track everyone, I use a simple Google Spreadsheet.

There are a lot of good comments. At one point a couple years ago, when I was especially desperate for food money & funds to pay for my meds, I spent the better half of a year writing paid reviews (positive for & negative against competitors) for Amazon “verified purchases” and other sites like Newegg). I eventually just couldn’t stand my conscience complaining at me and stopped, but since I have wanted to contribute to combating both types of false reviews, because they’ve made reading reviews such a horrible time consuming hassle! If anyone wants a volunteer to test or develop algos for developing ways to weed out fake reviews, I’m happy to help! (PM/email only pls)

I’ve left hundreds of reviews for free or discounted products. All are honest, and most are extremely thorough. No politician is watching my back, and it is because of that fact that I boldly tell people what I think. The funny thing is that for me, the bias tends to go in the opposite direction. I am so used to getting things for free or heavily discounted, that when I look at the full prices I nearly always think they’re asking too much and that the product isn’t worth that. I’ve had to make it a habit to comparison shop for items I review so that I have some realistic idea of how much that type of item costs and don’t give low star ratings for something based on my unrealistic expectations. I do consider the full selling price, because I only review items I’m interested in buying or using even if I were paying full price. Just because your reaction would be to like something better because it is free doesn’t mean everyone’s is. I’m more likely to think it’s junk, because if it isn’t, why would it be free? I’m always thrilled to write a five-star review, because I almost never expect that I’ll get to do it.

Unroll.Me might be one of the easiest ways to remove temptation from your email inbox. The tool collects all of those advertising emails sent to you from retailers – and anyone else who uses a bulk emailing list – and puts them into a daily “rollup” email you can peruse whenever it’s convenient. That way, you won’t get spammed all day, and you can still catch emails that matter to you.

How much would these companies ding you if you have a few unsavory reviews (which essentially break a bunch of your rules) I doubt there’s anything too obscene and i never used any outright foul language or anything. Would it just make more sense to get a new user name?

Don’t want fake reviews? Ask only real customers then. When you let anyone do it you will end with a bunch of fakes and 21% of reviews made by people who never bought or tried that product! (Source http://bit.ly/reviews-falsos),

Defendants are in the business of providing such fake reviews. Each of the John Doe defendants in this action utilizes the website Fiverr.com (“Fiverr”) to sell Amazon reviews. Fiverr is a global online marketplace offering tasks and services,  beginning at a cost of $5 job performed, from which it gets its name. The site is

We lay-folk have long known that scientists use common objects for strange reasons – see NASA researchers sending rubber ducks into a glacier to track ocean currents, or environmental scientists floating tampons down streams to find pollution.

Each day we receive offers of products that are seeking reviews online.  Companies, entrepreneurs, public relations firms, publicists, and marketing agencies want to give free samples, “review copies”, or discounts on their products to encourage positive “word of mouth” comments, shares, ratings, and online reviews.

A few of the different product you can buy include scales, power strips that also charge USB outlets or controlled by remote control, camping supplies, and other supplies that can be useful for DIY projects around the house.

I have a question about less than glorious reviews. If you are reviewing a product that doesn’t quite measure up or doesn’t do what it claims do you go ahead and post your reviews professionally with pro’s and constructive criticism and suggestions or do you contact them first?

Message: In this email, you focus on making sure the customer got the product in good condition while looking to see they don’t have any problems with it. This can help you reduce the number of negative reviews you get for your products.

There are no hard stats. Review writing is not a science. It’s all subjective, both Vine reviews and non-Vine reviews. Sure, some judge less harshly because they got the items for free, just as some judge more harshly because they want to prove their opinion was not bought.

Another problem in not having any control over who takes the coupons is that not all reviewers are sane people. My products are good. Less than 5% of the reviews have 3 stars. All the rest are 4 or 5 stars. But someone gave me a 2 star. When I looked at this person’s other reviews, I saw that she habitually gives bad reviews to products that generally receive good reviews. She is obviously a disgruntled or maybe careless/thoughtless/jealous/nasty individual. Had I seen her track record I would never have approved her to receive my product.

I just got OB tampons through them get something I can’t use now since i had surgery to fix some women issues. I have been quite a bit from crowdtap lately I am going to be getting some shampoo and conditioners and hair color here soon.

You could copy/paste the product description and it would let you know the % possibility that the product was shilled/confirm that it has been shilled? Hell, what if it could strip the shill reviews and re-score the product? Maybe all this could popup in a little browser plugin?

Janet, Make sure there is nothing else in your cart, most codes will not work if there is. If it does not ‘apply’ and gives you an error message there are several things different options you can try.

Thrilled to see a new update. I’m considering the upgrade to the LG OLED, but the price for the 65″ model is a bit daunting. Given my room size (small), the 55″ is an option. I recall in the previous incarnation of this article there were some concerns about display quality / panel in the 55″ Vizio P-series sets vs. the 65″ ones, such that you weren’t able to recommend the smaller TVs even though the 65″+ models were excellent.

Just as you can buy almost anything on Amazon, it is also possible to get almost anything for free or nearly free. Whether you want to join a program with flexible shopping options or only want to join one that offers products for one particular brand, there is an Amazon review site for you.

Keep an eye out on us please. We’re soon to launch our beta platform, and would appreciate a good word to help us buildup a reviewer base. Amy, for shoes, companies like Nike do have product testing, but they send you shoes all the time. And some require you send it back after a few weeks of testing. I found 6 of them that include Nike and Reebok. Here is the link to my post: http://moneypantry.com/get-free-shoes/

Create your detailed request to review the product. Include the link to your Amazon profile, the product name or ASIN in your request, and what kind of review you will do (detailed, with pictures, seller feedback, etc).

Jump Send helps me to grow my business without spending hours on tedious tasks. The time I save is worth the investment alone, but what’s even better is that it also has a profound impact on increasing my sales!

I do NOT contact companies before I write a bad review about a product. There was one time where I wrote a bad review about some earphones and the company sent out another set because they thought mine were faulty. Second set worked better, so I amended my review. I also once got asked to take down a bad review stating ‘I did not know how to use the product’ (they were ear buds.) I do not take do reviews, only amend them.

I am really enjoying it the moment and am still surprised at how much momentum it has gathered since updating my profile page! From the emails requesting reviews it seems the sellers do indeed look at the reviews of similar products they are selling and seem to have found me that way. I’ve also had a couple of companies sending me further products after I had published my first review for them. I have been very lucky in that I have use for most of the products, I give unbiased and honest reviews and thankfully haven’t been asked to give only positive reviews. I have had follow up emails requesting the review immediately upon me receiving the product although I have always made it clear in my first response to a request that I will publish the review only after I have had a reasonable period to test and try out the product although obviously some need more time than others but I tend not to leave it any longer than 10days although with vitamin supplements I do give that a 3-4 week period but I do let the seller know this in advance. I will point out in my reviews the Pro’s and Con’s of each product but I do it in a constructive manner and use a positive, friendly tone, well as much as can be conveyed in writing as such. One thing that the really appreciate is the addition of any photographs if possible with the written review so now I try to ensure to provide these where appropriate.

To set up your alerts, use the Options tab in your sidebar. First, choose whether or not to receive alerts for negative product reviews, and then tell FeedbackFive when and how to receive your alerts – individually or as a daily digest, and via text, email or both.

I will check out your blog! I had Googled “test products for free” and the first thing that came up was a link to your blog about earning free money along with the article on Squidoo lol I liked that it was a real person that is testing stuff so I’m glad I commented on this!

On behalf of Giveaway Service Team, I wish to thank you for writing such a positive comment about us. I would also like to point out that the discounted price on our website must not exceed $2. This means authors review products they got for free or at a highly discounted price.

Etekcity.com has a consumer testing area. You can apply and choose which tech item you wish to test and review, and if accepted, they’ll send it to you. Each time you do this and follow through with your review requirements, it ups your chance to review a more expensive piece of tech. I just signed up last week and I have a digital kitchen scale headed my way via UPS 🙂

In my opinion they’re not requiring it, just strongly suggesting what they’d like. I actually had to deal with a seller yesterday who emailed me about a previous review that they claimed was hurting sales. I had given an item 3 stars and they wanted me to change it to four or more.

Melinda, Always submit your text review first. They are approved quicker than reviews with images/videos. After it has successfully posted (check your Profile area to see which ones are complete or watch for the email) go back and Edit your review to include the pictures/video. Right under the Text/Comment field, on the right there is a button that says Upload , it is to the left of the Submit button. Hit Upload and browse to your files. If you have a video, do that before single images. Uploading a video can take a while, a blue progress bar under the Video icon will show you your status. While that is uploading you can add your pictures. When they are all uploaded, hit Submit.

Even if you don’t manage your feedback in FeedbackFive, you can still sign up for an account to track product reviews. If you do that, you will have access to the “My Product Reviews” interface and will be able to see other pages, but we won’t import orders or send emails on your behalf. If you’re a FeedbackFive user already, “My Product Reviews” will appear in your dashboard’s sidebar. You can track two ASINs for free, or you can sign up for this enhancement to your account, which starts at $9.95 per month.

But after reading this post, I went in and cleaned up a few of mine that weren’t detailed, and I scanned all of my titles to make sure they would stand out to a consumer as the type that would be helpful.

L’Oreal Consumer Testing Program: When L’Oreal develops new makeup, skincare, or haircare products, they look for women to test them. You’ll get to keep everything you test and you may even get some bonus products for completing your review.

To get some perspective, we spoke with Bing Liu, a professor in the department of computer science at the University of Illinois at Chicago, whose focuses include sentiment analysis, opinion mining, and lifelong machine learning. He has written textbooks on the subjects. We wanted to know his opinion on whether it is possible for a program or group of programs to evaluate reviews and correctly determine their validity. Liu’s thoughts:

I’ve stopped accepting anything free from companies, with the exception of books I get from NetGalley. I’ve had too many products that are just crappy, and I get way too many emails about products for review, mostly, these days, from Chinese companies.

I am currently an Amazon reviewer in the UK and was wondering if you were allowed to actually contact a supplier / manufacturer that trades on Amazon directly and say to them that you would be prepared to write a product review on Amazon in exchange for a test sample.

Take a screen shot of your window with the code you pasted in, I always try and copy/paste them for accuracy, and the error message you got. Include the Total Section. Email this to the proper person. Different websites and fb groups have different rules on how to proceed with this. That way you have proof that you typed in the correct thing and it didn’t work. So many times someone tries to tell you that you did it wrong, lol.

I mostly agree, but I’ve been on Amazon since 1996 and don’t think I’ve ever received an invite. It’s possible that I received an invite when Vine debut, but turned it down because I was too busy at the time and just never received another one. Regardless, I’ve purchased a lot on Amazon and have written reviews for almost everything, simply because I believe reviews are important to online shopping, but I’ve waited for a Vine invite for years without receiving one.

And if I chose to respond to this rather lucratively illustrated offer, will my review site user agreement change in ways that may turn out to be unfavorable for me? For example, would they be able to use my name and/or email to reach out to other sellers they are soliciting? Will my information no longer full under the current privacy agreement? There are other possible implications that I’m not listing as to not to belabor the point.

Paid surveys is a great way to earn extra money on the side and plus the perks of getting free products and more. Don’t feel discourage and keep completing surveys and you’ll reap the benefits! Let me know if you need any other help.

Update: Amazon Review Sites can no longer require you to leave a review, but they are strongly encouraged. By having a strong Amazon Profile, you’re more likely to have sellers approve you for a discounted product.

“amazon product review vs seller feedback amazon product review article template”

Good try, but on their end, the page now opens up by will not scroll down. Perhaps this is just a momentary lapse. At any rate, that “21%” is wildly way too low. I figure about 45-50% total for unreliable anonymous reviews, which, of course, Amazon for one could not care less about (when the company stock price is soaring, the company’s attitude, regardless of which one, is “Up Yours!”)

However, since I bought it for him, I was the one that had to load it, and that was not fun. I am not a computer programmer, but I can usually load a new piece of software on a PC. This took my sister and I an hour to get it to load. We had to go to youtube to figure out how to load it. That is why I gave it a 3 star. So other than the loading issue, I got a good price on Amazon and it shipped in plenty of time for his birthday. So if you are buying this for a kid I would recommend it.

These are the best Amazon review sites to choose from. As you will notice, there are many different sites to choose from and each one will have a different product selection to complement your shopping needs.

Any feedback you can provide will be appreciated. I am very frustrated as this is increasing the time I am spending attempting to navigate obtaining products and managing the entire process. I am performing a job search and the time I spend on product review is intended to give me a mindless break in between completing job applications.

“I will not throw my money away to companies that endorse, support or do business with the NRA. I find the NRA’s complicity in murdering our nation’s children extremely offensive and cannot find a way to spend my hard earned money in companies guilty of doing this.”

Blue Ribbons Review also has an extensive marketplace with discounts of at least 50%. You can also receive exclusive deals through their email that can be higher than those listed on the website. And, you can request products you currently do not see on their site as well.

The most clear-eyed insight about the current state of Amazon reviews came from Pat Lum, who currently runs Wyatt Deals, which sells items on deep discounts in order to juice sales, which in turn helps sellers rank higher in Amazon’s internal search engine — an entirely different and equally fierce battleground for sellers. Before he ran Wyatt Deals, however, he co-founded HonestFew, an Amazon review club that was made obsolete after Amazon declared incentivized reviews dead last October.

You make it sound like dishonesty is some sort of requirement. If you hate everything and rate it all 1-star, they will still keep sending you stuff. I’ve never heard of someone being kicked out of Vine for being too honest. The more common problem is people selecting items for review that they either never took out of the box, only gave a cursory examination of or didn’t know how to use (or literally could not use).

The first thing you need to do is make sure you ask the question the right way. But simply asking for the review upfront doesn’t add any value to your customer’s life, neither it is effective. Always remember to ask yourself “what is it in for them?”.

In the list below you will find only the companies that I have either used myself (some for a few years!) or personally vetted via email or phone. Most noteworthy is that many if not all require you to sign up with an email (sometimes a phone number as well) and also ask for your public Amazon Profile URL or blog address. While many work with ebay Sellers and Amazon Sellers to get full products and product samples out to Reviewers and influencers, some are in-house product testing programs, or ‘super user programs’ that are run by a company to promote only their brand.

This is one of the first review sites I have come across that charges a monthly subscription fee. If you feel you are having trouble getting products from other sites, this site’s fee just may keep the pool of reviewers down to a more manageable sum.

Yes, but the point is that *most* people will have skewed opinions because they recieve the product at a discounted price. You might be honest and try to take prices into account, but you are a minority. The author (or people who “paint a negative brush”) is not saying that you might be dishonest, but a lot more people are and it effects the results no matter how you like it or not. That includes complaining here.

Once a day at 10 am PST, Secret Deals Club will email you the latest deal offers. Deals start at $1 and all you need to do is claim the discount code on a first come, first serve basis. An advantage of Secret Deals Club is that all deals are exclusive to this review site and cannot be found on any other third-party review site.

Frosty, I think you may have misunderstood what Venushakti Velatura was conveying. VV was being paid to write fake reviews – it was her job. So, yes, in fact, “those companies” WERE telling VV to compose positive and (VV states) negative reviews. She didn’t get free or discounted products, she (I assume VV is female if that is her real picture) didn’t get products AT ALL. She put food on the table by writing fiction, either to boost sales or undermine competitors, depending, apparently, on her assignment.

This is the online guerrilla marketing method of PR. There is a unique benefit of getting product reviews from other websites that helps increase brand credibility and trustworthiness in addition to word-of-mouth marketing.

I’m a Vine reviewer and I take my role very seriously. There is a bias in that I won’t request products I don’t think I will have a use for, but I have no problem leaving a 1 or 2-star review if I think the product warrants it. My most popular reviews tend to be the longer ones – 600+ words – as I get into a lot of detail you won’t get from the product description. I also review a lot of my own purchases.

It is my understanding that companies offer their items in exchange for reviews because the more reviews you have – good or bad – the higher your product will appear in Amazon search results and this can be important if you really want to get your items in front of shoppers. For instance, I just did a search for “pink shoes” and received 152,080 results. Most people aren’t going to take the time to scan all of those results, so appearing on the first few pages will help the company sell more product.

3. The pot of gold. Visit the Amazon page for the first competitor that you identified in Step 2. Now, near the top left of the page, click on link to the customer reviews. This will list every review the competing product has received. To make this process easy to track, click on the option that lets you sort the reviews by “Newest First.” Now you will see the list of sorted reviews with the Amazon name or “Real Name” of each reviewer. Welcome to the pot of gold.

Snagshout is one of the most popular review sites because you can theoretically test one new product every day when you redeem a “snag.” You get a new snag every three days and can accumulate up to five snags at once. They will send you a regular newsletter to make it easier to find

4. How to get a review. Click on each reviewer to get details on the person. Note that this step may require some sleuthing skills. In some cases the reviewer will share their contact information, in other cases they will share their name and business, and in some cases they reveal squat. I have found about 50 percent of the time I can find a way to contact the person in under a minute—often via e-mail, other times via a Facebook page or Twitter.

I only write honest reviews, and I write them as if I spent my own money to buy the product (just as customers would.) I test all products thoroughly. I also only do reviews for products that interest me. That being said, most times I don’t get awful products because I research the product on Amazon before I say ‘yes.’ If it looks like junk, or other reviewers are panning it, then I say ‘no, thanks.’

@lee_fyock:disqus Products have trouble standing on their own because we’ve all trained ourselves to be biased against anything “new”, and need the consensus of many others to overcome that. While that’s generally great, it does mean new products and brands have a hard time getting the initial momentum they need to get the more organic word-of-mouth going, even if they are delivering something of real quality.

For over 5 years, I have been approached by authors, publishers, product manufactures and distributors to read/try their products and then write a review on Amazon. It has often been a rewarding experience in that I get to try products I love, and ones that I would have never bought but seem interesting.

At the same time, one of our readers, Tracy, who had commented a while back about the site, joined the site and came back to share her experience. And her experience is basically aligned with my thoughts. See Tracy’s comment here.

Please reach out to Amazon about this issue. We do not control reviews, reviewers, or what they do on Amazon. This is a blog, that’s it. We don’t have reviewers, and I have no way to intervene or help out in this matter.

Let’s say that during calendar year 2016, 10 of the sellers I refer spend 1,000 in the site’s platform fees during their first month, will I then be issued an IRS form 1099 indicating that I earned 10,000 in taxable (to me) income? Sure, prior to completing my “refer a seller program membership upgrade”, I would be aware of this since I’ll have read the site agreement’s fine print. Yes, I do that when my tablet and my phone prompt me to upgrade iOS software, just like I do when an upgrade/update message from iTunes/MS Word/Acrobat Reader appears on my screen asking me to click, “agree” prior to clinking, “install.” Sure I do.

“review products amazon amazon products for review”

Love to read your post here. As a Chinese reader from China, the words from your post are better than those official page provided by amazon for me. lol…. I haven`t selling on amazon yet(I own an individual online store: itead.cc), but it will come soon. Your post is helpful for me to sell my products on amazon in the future. But now, there is also exist one question in my brain, that is how to let reviewers write something for my online site. Because I also want to my site get more visitors. Could you help me with this? If your could tell me some sites or blog for products, I will much appreciated for your help. Many Thanks!

The comments are interesting but most are incorrect if they believe that all discounted reviews are shill. I just received a request from an Amazon partner to do discounted item (for my honest revie). I though,t well if they think they are buying stars from me they are very wrong. I have no incentive to give bad or good reviews artificially. I don’t get anything extra. So people that paint a negative brush are quite wrong. It matters more to me to be honest because I buy items there at full price and don’t want to be fooled. Think about this too. Send it back. It’s easy as that. It’s a pain, but the situation isn’t all fake.. Common sense tells you that Amazon would nosedive.if this was the case.

I signed up for Toluna yesterday and qualified for a free product on my second survey. I just picked one of the shorter survey suggestions they emailed to me and it paid off. Thank you for recommending these sites! I heard about Pinecone Research and was thankful to receive the link on your blog. When I went to sign up it took me to productreportcard.com. Is this the right website? I was accepted in, but I don’t see the name Pinecone Research anywhere on the site. Also, do you know if ProductTestingUSA.com is a legitimate website?

Great article, but I did not set up reviews as all my items are one of a kind antique etc and when it is sold it is removed is there a way to set up reviews for the store or web site? Any suggestions?

In other words: Unless you have a way to confirm with the person (or company) writing the review, or you are Amazon, it’s all conjecture. Keep in mind that these analyses are based on Fakespot’s techniques, so we have to take their word for it. We don’t have a way to verify how precise they are. However, you can make educated guesses. And if you’re in a hurry or in need of a second opinion, Fakespot can be a useful tool when you’re considering a purchase.

Yes with BzzAgent you do get points you can use on MyPoints.com to use your points on getting free merchandise. I actually never spend my points and just let it expire since all I care about with BzzAgent is getting the free products to test.

You have to act quickly, however, as they go incredibly fast. Most of the items listed won’t go above $30 at full retail value, but it’s pretty easy to snag a few decent products for only $1 – $2 dollars.

I tried Uberzon club however after attempting to purchase at least 30 offers I have yet to get a single one to accept the promo-code provided in the emailed offer. I am informed each time that the code is invalid. This is true even when attempting to purchase immediately after receiving the email, therefore not caused by the limit of available offers having been filled. It’s a bit disappointing as I thought the club was a really great way to try out new products. I’ll try a few more of these, thanks to your amazing list. Hoping I’ll find one that is what it claims. Thanks for the info!

So if you want to be considered, avoid leaving extremely brief reviews. Avoid complaining about something in the product that is clearly stated in the description. Think about the questions you were asking yourself before you took the plunge and ordered that $200 gadget that you knew you didn’t need but really, really wanted.

They have a huge marketplace supporting reviewers in 12 countries. And a contest they run each week giving away a $25 voucher. Available for reviewers in USA, UK, France, Canada, Germany, Italy, Spain, Brazil, Japan, India, Mexico, China.

I reported this violation to Amazon. They said they will not intervene. So beware when you post your coupons on this site or any site that does not allow you to screen the reviewers. It is your responsibility to protect yourself. No one will do it for you. I learned my lesson the hard way.

Now, let’s assume am an Amazon shopper and I want to get free products. But I don’t know which sellers out of the thousands of sellers on Amazon will give me their product for free in exchange for my review. I could contact them directly, but this would be time-consuming again, who know who many will actually give me their product.

Liz, they don’t pay for every product. But with some products, they will send you a survey after a few weeks of you using the product, and if you answer those surveys, you will get paid a small amount.

New offers are emailed directly to your inbox every day and you can also browse the savings on their website. Other websites might offer more products on a daily basis, but, ProductTesting.co seems to offer quality items from a variety of product categories.

There are good ways to operate other than what is the “Amazon” way and what has been done for the last 20 years. Hire people who have different backgrounds and different opinions to enhance the culture and add diversity of thought.

Fakespot is part of the Amazon affiliate program. They get paid after you check an item then click the link to go back and purchase that or anything else in the next 24 hours. They have ZERO credibility and don’t even disclose they are an affiliate partner which is against FTC regulations!

You can test eight different types of their products ranging from cleanser to moisturizer to sunscreen. Most products cost $1.95 each after you use the discount code sent to you by email. It is free to join the Oz Naturals VIP email list.

Ilovetoreview.com gives you free and reduced priced items almost every day through amazon.com as long as you agree to review them. If you fail to submit your review within a certain amount of time you wont be able to recieve any more products. I have gotten everything from cookware to beauty products all full size complete products in exchange for my reviews.

I accidentally stumbled upon this and people who do reviews on Amazon and not part of the precious vine elite (and I never felt that way until tonight) are called liars and people with no integrity or morals. I posted a question as to why people getting discounts to review are not honest and isn’t a discount or free product from one just like taking a discount or free product from another. That was a huge mistake, and I don’t say this lightly. I was bombarded with the most vile humiliating replies. I was called names and told I was just a couponer wanting to get anything I could. Which I might say is far from the truth. I have only accepted offers or codes for items I have wanted to compare to products I am using or accepted a code for an item I truly have wanted. I know some will not always be honest as they should so they will get offers, I am not one of them. I want a product that works. I also respect others and would not want to mislead others. Yet tonight I wanted to close my Amazon account and never buy on that site again. I’ve been a prime member for years with the Amazon Fire tv box, the works of all Amazon offers.

If you buy frequently from Amazon, then you’ll want to visit camelcamelcamel.com to track specific items on your list. The site will let you know as soon as prices drop on Amazon so you can time your purchase to get the best deal.

Did you know that you can receive FREE and DEEPLY DISCOUNTED products from many companies, simply by agreeing to leave them a review on Amazon? Yes, it really is that easy! The companies will provide you with a coupon code to use at checkout to get the discount on the item up for review (most of the time the products are 100% free or $1). Shipping is free if you have Prime although we have seen free shipping from time to time for non Prime members. After you receive your item be sure to leave your review so you’ll be eligible for more offers!

An avid fan of the original E.V.O. Search For Eden, Spore is a wonderful game, that just doesn’t work well for later models of Windows unfortunately. Despite filtering through forums for solutions, nothing ever let me play this game again.

The whole point of the Vine program is to get early reviews; that’s what vendors pay Amazon for (and it’s not cheap to get your product in the Vine program). But I, too, update reviews when something goes wrong, sometimes six months after the initial review.

I’m curious about the news that Amazon is suing over 1,000 individuals for posting fake reviews. Personally, I know I haven’t done anything wrong or illegal, but immediately thought about your blog and wondered your take on the whole thing. I’ll be honest, I don’t fully understand all the ins and outs of the lawsuit. I do believe the service you provide is great and informative. Anyone who follows your guidelines shouldn’t have anything to fear at all, but I am interested in anything you might have to say about the lawsuit.

I finally remembered to respond to this! I just wrote this email to a Seller. They reached out to me with something I wasn’t interested in, so I found an item in their store I was interested in reviewing (and had a need for.) The URL to the product has been redacted, but you get the point.

What’s slightly ironic about all of this is that Amazon made a major push at the end of last year to clean up its reviews system. Until October of 2016, Amazon reviews were glutted with reviews from what was informally known as Amazon review clubs. The review clubs worked like this: You’d sign up, get a free or heavily discounted product, whether it was an egg-cracker or a queen-size mattress, and in exchange you’d post a review. You just had to include words to the effect of “I received this product at a discount/for free in exchange for my honest review” somewhere in your review. It was an ideal ecosystem for many. Consumers got items on the cheap. Sellers got five-star reviews (the “honest” part was largely lip service; Ooi of Fakespot says anyone who didn’t post five-star reviews would quickly find themselves iced out of the review club). The person running the review club could charge sellers for access to customers.

Being an ecommerce business owner requires an adaptable mindset and a can-do attitude. Especially when Amazon change the rulebook. Download this E-book to learn how to launch a product without incentivised reviews.

A review may not show on your item for one of two reasons. First, your item may not be eligible for review. Second, a review may not have been provided by a buyer. eBay prompts buyers to be the first to write products reviews.

I’m Not A Amazon Vine Customer, But I Would Like To Be… I’ve Bought A Few Items From Amazon And Have Never Had A Bad Thing To Say As I Have Always Been Satisfied With Every Item That I Have Bought From Sellers. I Have Always Recieved My Item On Time, My Product Has Always Looked As Described And Has Never Been Damaged.. I Would Recommend Amazon To The Public… 100% From Me.

I think The Wirecutter is too easy on the Vine program. I refuse to buy any product where the reviews are filled with “I received this product at a discount for my honest opinion.” How honest can people be with something free? Why can’t the product stand on its own without a bunch of handouts for people to review?

The amazing variety of products here means that I can afford to pick and choose on what makes great reviews on my end. The selection process is almost immediate, which is good as it means no waiting. Naturally, the products being featured here are expected to move fast and you need to regularly scrutinize your e-mail so as not to miss out on a nice product.

This is my favorite page on the web! I have it bookmarked. Thank you so much for all of this information. I have linked up your page on my site so other freebie lovers can check it out for themselves as well. I sent you an email too. Showing some love from http://enjoyfreebies.com ☺

3. Always tell the truth! Brands need truthful people to evaluate their products. If you lie, companies will not know if they need to make any improvements to their products. Also, you can get yourself removed from their program, and not get paid.

I am sorry I above written a long comment. I just would never want anyone to feel like I was made feel tonight just for asking a few polite questions as well as thanking in advance for answers. I also asked why you needed review votes. I have never asked anyone to do that as I didn’t know what it meant for one to want that. I just have being able to get products I like or wanted to try at a lower price. I was then made fun of by what they call their group cabal has arrived and told I didn’t need to concern myself with that as I would be purged from Amazon. The vine were the only honest reviewers. Well pardon me if I think you are getting free items or discounted items for reviews. So why are they better than others. How do we know they are honest. I reviewed my products long before I ever heard of a review club. I do so thank you for posting this and not being condemning but you are offering help and tips to those who are just trying to enjoy a little life. God bless.

Hey guys, just came here to see other offers and testing sites. I’ve signed up for Nike/Reebok etc but never got anything from them. I did however sign up about a year or two ago for New Balance and have tested probably about 5-6 pairs of shoes so far. Legit and a great program, although my girlfriend (and Mother) signed up last year and hasn’t gotten one pair yet. Good luck!

Dealgogogo is more like the combined pros of Snagshout and AmzReviewtrader. With strong connection with manufactories, the site is designed to benefit shopper/reviewer, focusing on shopper/reviewer experience and meanwhile trust reviewer will do the review as promised.

I’ve gotten things from Crowdtap and BzzAgent, and I only started about a month and a half – 2 months ago. I have received foundation from BzzAgent, an electric foot file from Crowdtap that retails for $60, and I’ve got more coming!

One site that seemingly never run out of deals. The website owner manages to strike an exclusive arrangement with just Amazon Sellers so it is particularly focused in that respect. On daily basis, the deals flow through your e-mail at 10am PST.

The Good Amazon’s voice-activated smart home speaker is undeniably futuristic, but it’s also practical and accessible. With a rapidly growing slate of features, integrations and use cases, it’s easy to get excited about the Echo’s potential.

No argument there! I only found it recently, when I was looking at stereo equipment, and trying to get things that were only the specific item, so I took to clicking on all the things trying to find a filter.

When the final list is complete, our reviewers reach out to manufacturers in search of no-strings-attached samples or products available on loan. Side note: Most manufactures are happy to provide samples – never mind the possibility of a bad review – because they believe in the quality of their products and look forward to the free press – good, or bad. I tried signing up for a few of these, including the Amazon Review Trader. But when I try to review a product, I get a notice that I have not added my user profile. When I add it, I get a message saying “that profile URL is already in use”… I’ve tried a number of times, logged out of anything using my Amazon log on, restarted my computer, but it persists.. I tried contacting them to ask what could be causing this, but received an email saying they have too many requests for help so my email will not be answered.. Can a person only sign up for one of these programs? Could that be the problem?

Hi Michael,That seems very strange, since Amazon does not require users to purchase an item on Amazon before reviewing it. Unfortunately, sometimes it comes down to being persistent. Most of your requests for reviews will be rejected, but some of them will not be. Those few and far between reviews are the ones you are shooting for!

The BEST site I have used for taking surveys and being paid for the surveys is called: oneopinion.com. Again, you need 25000 credits to cash out into paypal. Its VERY EASY to get them. Ive already cashed out for OVER $500.00 in 2 1/2months. They DONT charge a fee, wen you cash out, your money IMMEDIATELY goes into your paypal account, and at times, they send you products to test and do a survey on. I JUST received an additional 30.00 for a dog treat survey, on top of the 2500 points for the original survey. So, oneopinion.com is a site I would DEFINITELY recommend

My trip into the upside-down world of Amazon reviews of cheapo electronics began because of a lost dongle. I was on an early morning flight with two chatty dudes behind me, bonding over living in Brooklyn and working in consulting. I badly wanted to drown out the conversation, but my wireless headphones were dead and I couldn’t find the 3.5 mm-to-Lightning dongle that’d let me plug my earbuds in. Luckily, I am a galaxy-brain genius, and came up with the brilliant solution to avoid this in the future: I would just buy a bunch of dongles.

“My Product Reviews” lets you know when a user leaves a negative review on an ASIN you are tracking. This allows you to proactively manage Amazon product reviews on items you sell. Then you can respond to these negative comments. This also lets you understand the issues a user faces regarding that ASIN. You can receive real-time alerts by email or text message, or you can opt to receive a daily digest email at a certain time of day.

So, based on my personal experience, and those of others who I read on forums and blogs, these few sites have the most opportunities when it comes to getting free Amazon products in exchange for reviews.

You’d be surprised but as with most things online, being a top Amazon reviewer doesn’t come without risks. One Amazon reviewer reportedly gets regular hate mail, among them death threats. Other Vine reviewers say their reviews get negative feedback just because of their Vine badge. I would love to be a reviewer. I have been a member of Amazon since 2003. Love the fact that they have so much to offer. Everything from Lawn mower parts to computers, books, music etc. I have never been disappointed in an Amazon product.

I cannot get the HP z27 to work with my Mac Air or Mac mini. What gives? This thing comes with three cables, none of them, including the displayport to display port mini cable, work. Getting fed up and am about to return this heap.

I’ve just noticed something strange on amazon uk’s list of top reviewers. No 32 has never actually reviewed anything. I know the sorting on these things is supposed to be arcane but this is taking it a bit far.

We charge by the total number of SKUs or listings in your Amazon account. We will download the most recent listings in your Seller Central account up to the subscription limit. Please upgrade plans to ensure all of your listings are downloaded.

One other thing to look out for is reviews for the wrong product. A terrible thing that Amazon has done is allows sellers to list multiple unrelated products under one listing so you don’t even know what you are reading a review for. This function was supposed to be used to allow listing of variations of the exact same product like color, size, etc…, but now is being widely abused to list totally different items for the sake of reviews and price-based search results. For example, someone might sell a camera flash and a tripod and full studio kit all under one listing. When you read the reviews, you see a bunch of people raving about how great the product was and you assume it is for the flash you are looking at, but they are all really for the tripod and the one flash review was bad. I have reported this and Amazon simply does not care.

s mentioned above, I highly recommend you start reviewing items around the house/office you use often so companies can get an idea of how you write. Also, keep in mind that the type of products you review can dictate what companies contact you. If you only review headphones, you will likely get more requests to review headphones.

I didn’t think that BzzAgent had “points” either. Today I was taking a few short surveys (to update my profile). At the end of each one I was rewarded between 3-5 points. I quickly realised that BzzAgent has partnered with MyPoints so I joined that and the points I receive and redeem with BzzAgent go into there within 48 hours. MyPoints has their own thing going on but the points I get from BzzAgent have been going in there.

I’m glad you found it insightful! As for bad reviews, that can be tough for some reviewers to write. Companies will often write “we are a small family business” in their emails to you. Some of these are true, and I believe others are saying it trying to coax you into feeling awful if you write a bad review.

I also have one small favor to ask you, if everything has gone smoothly, I’d really appreciate it if you could take just a few seconds to leave feedback on your buying experience with us. It really affects our ability to sell and be successful and would be greatly appreciated.

Just thought in case there are some honest folks around this might be useful to know. As someone that broke into the Top 100 on the Amazon Review rankings I stopped reviewing on Amazon (unless I actually buy the item) as of that change of policy.

Also, each Amazon review site can limit how many discounts you can redeem each month. This ensures other customers can also find great deals and helps verify you are taking the time required to accurately test a product.

Product testing USA is legit I have tested one item for them but it seems like nobody gets chosen more than once but you have to sign up separately for each product and your chances of getting chosen probably are one in a million, and unfortunately each time you sign up for a product you have to do the crappy survey and yes if you select yes on anything you are swamped with a bunch of junk mail. So I always choose no to everything I have talked to them there at PTUSA and they said whether or not you choose yes or no does not help or lesson your chance to be chosen so if you really want to sign up for a product my suggestion if you don’t want a bunch of junk mail that is just answer no yo all of the survey questions.

I have never bought a single product on Amazon that didn’t have a review, and I am sure I am not alone. Most people use Amazon reviews as one of their main tools for considering whether to buy a product or not.

How much you get paid varies.  I’ve been paid anywhere from $3-$150. There was a time I tested a website in beta format for HBO (now called HBO-GO) and they paid me $100 for doing it!  Very easy money!

Second, the thing about Vine compared to other methods of receiving free products for review is that you are buffered from the manufacturer. They will not e-mail you and harass you in an attempt to get a better review. Things like coupon clubs and e-mail solicitations put more pressure on reviewers to give 5-star reviews and they will harangue you when you don’t. People also feel that they will stay in the database to get more freebies if they give positive reviews when the items aren’t coming from Vine. Giving low rankings to Vine items has no effect on the availability of items (which seems largely random), so you don’t have to worry about giving negative reviews and cutting the supply line. It actually frees you to be more honest and Vine reviewers can be some of the most savage in their product assessments when they are good reviewers, but they can be just as dopey as anyone else when they aren’t (Hint: “I was so happy to get this,” This was just what I need,” and “My kid/wife/dog loved this!” are all clues that the person hasn’t a clue how to assess a product but is just writing words because he/she has to write a review).

Get Paid To Take Pictures Of Receipt: The Ibotta app is a mobile app that pays you to scan your receipts. Earn cash back at restaurants, grocery stores and even online purchases. Not only that, but you even get a $10 bonus when you scan your first receipt within your first week and use promo code qFTVA. The best part? It’s 100% FREE.

Look at the reviewer’s other reviews, SEE if they don’t blast stuff when it needs it. See if they don’t routinely try to point out problems with items. The public is often quick to say they’d rather see a “FREE” review that is fair and detailed, than an item with no reviews at all. It would be nice if people would SUPPORT helpful reviewers, and review more often themselves. A lot of us will answer questions that are emailed to us, or comments left with questions.

I have played it about three times now. Every time I play it gets better. I am amazed how awesome this game really is. I have only had it for 2 years. If you like to play open world games I recommend this game to you. The character customization is awesome two. I can never create the same character twice. Never have I seen a game like that before. There are millions of different combination’s it’s wonderful.

I know, I know….I should just type and not bother with any edits until I finish completely. But I’m a little OCD, and as soon as an error pops up I have to fix it. I’ve gone back and forth with editors, professors, up to and including my wife! But it’s just me, as my compulsion forces me to fix edits as I go. Grammarly has been very helpful, working along with me, together merrily Fixing edits as we go and keeping my blood pressure down!

For over 5 years, I have been approached by authors, publishers, product manufactures and distributors to read/try their products and then write a review on Amazon. It has often been a rewarding experience in that I get to try products I love, and ones that I would have never bought but seem interesting.

I’m in the same boat , thankfully only a tiny amount of things I’ve ever tested have been bad or faulty. There are things I will not test , like supplements, pet foods/treats , makeup and certain beauty products. The reason I won’t test or buy these sorts of thing is mainly because there is too much room for uncertainty of the products and their safety.

As for audio quality, the Echo features dual downward-firing speakers that promise 360 degrees of “immersive sound.” Some of us at CNET, myself included, have noted that its bass tends to weaken or distort at maximum volume, but I haven’t had a problem with that personally, since I rarely find myself needing to dial things up much higher than 60 percent or so. To my ear, the Echo does a fine job of filling a room with sound, especially with crisp speech playback, something you’ll notice when you listen to a podcast or stream an audiobook.

Oddly enough, if Amazon would take on Facebook’s approach and way of thinking, this would eliminate sites like Fiverr. There’s a reason Facebook doesn’t offer a “Dislike” button, and perhaps Amazon should do the same. (http://techcrunch.com/2014/12/11/ask-zuck-anything/)

I’ve gotten things from Crowdtap and BzzAgent, and I only started about a month and a half – 2 months ago. I have received foundation from BzzAgent, an electric foot file from Crowdtap that retails for $60, and I’ve got more coming!

Most of these have deteriorated over the past year from offering high quality items for review into a dumping ground for sellers seeking to score more attention for their dubious supplements, cheap electronics accessories, Chinese-made “dollar store” type goods, and more recently adult “novelties.”

Took me all of 2 min to go through a half dozen products posted on the Amazon Shill/Club Review Sites and compared them to the Amazon listing. Surprise, most if not all the positive reviews were shills ‘discounts’ and nearly all the negative reviews were from actual users…some of the shill reviews gave 5 starts for products that didn’t even work! In one dash cam example I found, the video quality was so poor, it rendered it useless…and the reviewer still gave it 5 stars!

Not necessarily. Just becouse a site asks for your information, doesn’t make them legit or a scam. That said, Product Report Card is more of a survey and reward site than a product testing company. You can earn a little side money taking surveys and completing offers. It’s a legitimate site, but as always, you have to be realistic. It won’t replace your day job. Just a fun way to earn a few dollars in your free time.

I’m struggling with an ethical decision. I’m not sure if it’s something you’ve ever encountered. I received a discounted product in a package with multiple paid orders. I remember seeing the discounted product, but when I went to test it, I couldn’t find it anywhere. I have looked and looked for weeks to see if it slipped behind something or what. The only thing I can figure is it accidentally was thrown away with the packaging. So what should I do? I feel bad that I haven’t written a review. I could say it arrived promptly and possibly give some general information about it, but I don’t feel comfortable writing a fake review nor do I feel right in writing no review since I did receive the product. Any advice?

I’m a top 500 reviewer on Amazon UK, and a Vine Voice on Amazon US (though I’ve never gotten anything from Vine, because I don’t live in the US), and I like posting reviews. Some are reviews I’ve also posted on my website, and some are for items I’ve gotten for free from manufacturers. But all are honest, and are not influenced by the fact the products are free. I’m a freelance journalist, and review hardware and software as part of my job, so I’m well aware of the ethical questions involved in reviewing. Whenever I review something sent to me by a vendor, I note it in the review.

“how can i review products on amazon -amazon product review club”

Typically reviewers are invited to conduct a review by a journal or books editor. Editors usually select researchers that are experts in the same subject area as the paper. However, if you think you would be a good reviewer for a specific journal you can always contact one of the journal’s editors.

I use most of these sights I’ve been a member with bzzagent the longest about 4 years almost and have NEVER EVER Recieved a payment of gift card or payment of any kind..never heard of it either….loreal testing panel is bogus been there 4 years never got a thing did every survey ever…smiley 360 I’ve gotten s tons of stuff crowdtap and bzzagent tons of stuff.. Love it! Also if u like product reviewing go ok Facebook and look for review groups I used to be big in it and used to get literally 20 packages A day from Amazon for months without spending a dime! I have a mini washing machine coming this week for free got my son a scooter for Christmas ..got 100 pair of blue tooth headphones for my daughter I’ve gotten some Amazin stuff but most of that was pitching on my own

There are more popping up all the time, but there are a select few with great reputations that you can be sure will deliver what they promise. After testing a whole range of sites ourselves we have come up with a list of the most trusted product testing sites below.

5. Make contact. Once you identify potential reviewers, reach out to them explaining that you discovered their review on Amazon. Explain that you have a book or product that you think may be of interest to them, and would like to send it to them. Further explain that you are seeking an honest review of the item you send, but that they don’t have an obligation (this process is about inviting reviews, not forcing reviews). About 50 percent of the people who get my book, will post an honest review. And yes, there have been occasions where someone I identified in this method destroyed my book in their review, but that is the nature of a good review process.

(4) Now, you should finally be at the screen to register/create and EA account. Clicking “submit” never worked for us, so we clicked on the –> to continue. This is when I nearly lost it, after all this work we find out that “The registration key used to instal this game cannot be validated.” If you click on help with registration it just takes you to a page for password recovery. I also tried to look at the technical support mentioned in the back of the book with the DVD for help. I can get to the main page, but there is no content at all.

“We do not incentivize positive star ratings, attempt to influence the content of reviews, or even require a review to be written,” explains Chee Chew, VP, Customer Experience at Amazon in an announcement about how Vine controls for bias. “And we limit the total number of Vine reviews that we display for each product,” he adds.

The Result?  Online reviewers, journalists, bloggers, and podcasters meet product promoters, marketers, public and publicity pros, to help each other find new products and review them online.  Hopefully this now includes you, too!

But unlike Siri, which is still secondary to touch as a means of interfacing with iOS devices, Alexa is essentially all the Echo has. It was critical for Amazon to get her right — thankfully, she delivers (and yes, calling Alexa “she” feels more correct than calling Alexa “it,” a testament to how personable she is).

“[They] provide these “Verified Reviews” only if the reviewers obtain the product for free, in addition to receiving payment for the “review.” In at least one instance, the seller of a “Verified Review” was willing to receive an empty envelope …simply to create a shipping record to .. avoid detection by Amazon.”

You don’t need Vine to participate in Amazon giveaway’s and discounts. Check out amzrc.com for some awesome deals that you can get for a huge discount. Just leave an honest review in exchange for getting such a great deal!

This is a product promotion network sending discounted and free product samples to shoppers / influencers. Membership is free. Available for reviewers in the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, France and Japan.

On a regular basis I received from the Seller Home Town message announcing that the pick-up for return and refund will be organised soon (in the next 24 hours, then in the next 48 hours, then in the next 72 hours).

Ask the right questions. To do this, you need to know the type of answers you want before you start asking for them. What is your target audience interested in? What are their biggest concerns when making a purchase? What are pain points in your industry? Aligning with these questions will help you get meaningful and relevant testimonials.

We identify the writer as either a verified purchaser or un-verified purchaser. This aligns with normal ecommerce practices to capture the user ID of the person who writes the review and provides for better authoring, and discourages bad behavior.

“review items on amazon for money _amazon product review sugar free gummy bears”

They offer discounts for a variety of products, although, health and beauty tend to be the most common category. The offerings largely depend on their merchant partnerships so the deals are always changing.

Some of these Amazon reviewers make a living doing this – it’s serious business, and some may do as many as 100 reviews a month. Be prepared to offer your product for free in exchange for a review – depending on your product, this could be a pricey expenditure, so you’ll have to decide if this is a strategy you can afford.

The quick answer is that every analysis two simultaneous things: we analyze every single review posted and we review each reviewer and every review that reviewer has ever posted on that account. We take all that data and run it through our proprietary engine which grades everything and looks for patterns.

Knowing that, you can expect that background checks are minimal or (most likely) completely non-existent. BUT, if any manufacturer sends out a bunch of product and gets an abysmal response of people writing reviews, you can expect that the next time that manufacturer will likely do some more checks first.

While the company is seeking damages and an injunction against the fake reviewers, it’s unclear if Amazon will actually see this through to the end—or if it’s just a salvo to suggest that the reviewers to knock it off. Notably, the company did not name the Amazon sellers who hired them in the first place. Under the company’s legal arguments, those sellers would be liable, too.

Stay away from UberZon Club. Signed up and have not snagged any type of deal from them. Plus if you don’t have Amazon Prime, then the so called discount price is not much of a discount when shipping & tax is added. Was a member for over a year and have not purchased one item. Plus, I have noticed that a lot of reviews on Amazon now are from people who received free products or products for a discount. The majority give great reviews (4 or 5 stars) rarely do I see a negative review for a product that was free or offered for a discount. Wonder why that it, as a buyer it makes me skeptical about purchasing a product that practically everyone else received for free or a discounted price, especially if I have to pay full price along with shipping & taxes. Usually don’t purchase these products because I don’t trust the reviews. Have noticed a lot of these types of reviews lately. Don’t really know if Amazon is okay with this or not, but I think it is something that needs to be looked at.

So I signed up for a few of these, the buzz one specifically and I did a bunch of surveys but it doesn’t really mention anything about when I would receive a protect to review. When does that happen? What about receiving products and doing reviews on YouTube or my blog? I saw a lady on youtube who was getting childrens board games and reviewing them! Do you know anything about that? Thanks!

To set up your alerts, use the Options tab in your sidebar. First, choose whether or not to receive alerts for negative product reviews, and then tell FeedbackFive when and how to receive your alerts – individually or as a daily digest, and via text, email or both.

In addition, starting May 6, product reviews will be available for all eligible listings. eBay sellers who previously opted out of product reviews on My eBay will be opted back into product reviews. If you opted out and want to opt in to take advantage of the benefits of product reviews before May 6, you can do so on My eBay.

The Customer Product Reviews screen shows you a list of reviews for that item. The list includes the date of the review, the reviewer name (keep in mind this name can be different from the name the buyer uses to purchase items), the rating, title of the review and the text of the review. The screen also shows you whether or not the review is associated with a verified Amazon purchase.

Think about that. How can you give an honest review to a product that is filling a need that you don’t have. If you don’t need a microwave, you’ll be less likely to find a flaw with one given to you for free. “Works like a microwave, 5 STARS!”

4. Once on the Seller’s details page, look to the right side for blue outlined box and a link near the bottom of it in a paragraph starting with “For questions regarding products”. Click it (you will be asked to log in.) See screenshot:

Furthermore, I hope you are truly loving our products and are happy with your purchase. As a small seller on Amazon, we are largely dependent on product reviews from wonderful customers such as yourself.

I have only started reviewing product over the past 6 mths. About 70% of the product promo codes I enter fail. It happens when the sellers directly email me a code & also when I attempt to redeem an item from AMZThe sellers tell me that they haven’t come across this issue with other reviewers. They send me another promo code and some times it works, and other times it doesn’t. One vendor sent me 4 codes before I was finally able to successfully redeem it. This happens even if I attempt to redeem the code same day as received. And they are products I have never purchased either myself or through a different promo code.

AMZRC has wider inventory than most because their seller fees are lower. The savings are passed onto you, the shopper, with more coupon codes. This means more people can try out a single product and there are more discounted and free products to choose from!

Megan, nice tips. couldn’t agree more that customer reviews and testimonials are definitely on the top when it comes to helping businesses to sell more. expanding more on your #9 need for name and picture for testimonials, you might be interested to see my recent post on why it is important – http://customertestimonials.wordpress.com/2014/02/01/best-practices-fake-it-till-you-make-it-does-not-apply-here

Hi there, Wondering if you have any advice on getting products shipped to Mexico. Mexico do not allow cosmetic products through the post from USA or Canada, I believe. The postal system is quite unreliable anyway. Any thoughts?

I get quite a few products from MySurvey Panel and pay is very well.  I get stuff like foods, beauty products, and household items.  Also I receive cell phones to use for a couple of weeks every few months to record different task on it for them.  Also offers to join high paying focus groups that pays $100+. 💰 Pays by Cash, PayPal, Amazon Gift Cards, and Other Gift Cards

Good reviews are an art form and the problem is that people write emotionally about products whether they are free or not. Currently, Amazon has no system in place for elevating the wheat from the chaff whether the review is of a free or paid product because such a system would require a subjective evaluation of content rather than scanning by using software algorithms.

—— “I wanted to reply to this and let you know that what you’re asking as far as the request that I “click the customer reviews….kindly click the yes for us…” that is expressly forbidden by Amazon’s rules and can get me banned from further reviewing any products and get your company sued. Amazon is really cracking down on this and it’s a huge deal. Also, for me personally, this goes against what I feel is ethically is right and wrong. After I’ve used and have an opinion on your product I might be able to say that another review helped me, but I cannot do so before I’ve ever tried it.

Thank you for a positive article on sites for reviewing. I am a reviewer, fairly new. I am an Amazon prime member. I noticed you made a remark somewhere in all the responses above about Amazon community board for help. Please don’t refer people there. I will explain this in detail :

The problem I have with Amazon and its reviews is this, I review for Amazon where I obtain items I would normally purchase but at a reduced price for my honest opinion. And my reviews are very honest, I have no issue in telling a company that their bvlah blah product is crap and this is why,,,

By enrolling in their EtekCitizen program, you can receive discounted promotions and free giveaways. EtekCitizen is broken down into four different product categories: healthy living, smart living, active living, and smart living.

After the first signing up, you will be rewarded with a DealCoin, which can be used to exchange for the product of corresponding value. Another great sites where you get paid for writing reviews. Epinions is a shopping.com company where members can earn money by writing useful reviews about different products. there is no limit to how many reviews you can write. The more reviews you write, the more money you make. The first 10 reviews that you write, earn you $10, 20 to 30 reviews earn you $20, writing 30-39 reviews earn you $30, and so on. Every time you write a review you receive what are called “Eroyalties credits”, which are redeemable in US dollars. When you accumulated $10 in your account, you can request to be paid, which will be paid to you by check.
