Etekcity.com has a consumer testing area. You can apply and choose which tech item you wish to test and review, and if accepted, they’ll send it to you. Each you do this and follow through with your review requirements, it ups your chance to review a more expensive piece of tech. I just signed up last week and I have a digital kitchen scale headed my way via UPS 🙂
This review program is part of the GMYLE brand, “developing MacBook, Tablet, Smartphone Accessories.” Like similar programs, they only offer their own brand’s products for review. When applying: Reviewers in “United States will receive first round pick. United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Canada, France, Italy and Spain will become available after.”
Barbara, I just published a post with a list of 40 websites where you can get Amazon products for free (or highly discounted) in exchange for leaving revives on Amazon. Here is the link: http://moneypantry.com/amazon-review-sites/
Childish, my foot. If you don’t think others are jealous of those who get things for free, you have limited knowledge of human nature. No one said the program does not have problems. It’s certainly not a perfect program free of problem reviews. But look at all the non-Vine reviews at Amazon–you think they are all wonderful and honest simply because the reviewer may have paid for the item? No, they are not. Personally, I like to think most readers of reviews are intelligent enough to tell a good review from a bad one; an honest one from a fake one; and who certainly don’t simply look at how many stars the reviewer gave, as opposed to reading the review in a critical manner.
At No Kidding Coupon, my coupon to get a product did not work on amazon. I also was unable to reset my password when I had trouble logging into their site. Their Facebook page doesnt have activity since 2014 but I did post a question there anyway hoping to get a reply.
Look at the reviewer’s other reviews, SEE if they don’t blast stuff when it needs it. See if they don’t routinely try to point out problems with items. The public is often quick to say they’d rather see a “FREE” review that is fair and detailed, than an item with no reviews at all. It would be nice if people would SUPPORT helpful reviewers, and review more often themselves. A lot of us will answer questions that are emailed to us, or comments left with questions.
I updated the link and it should work now. But please be aware that Pinecone is looking for certain demographic at this time: Males- Hispanics, African African Americans ages 18+ and Females ages 18-24.
I love the sites that you have put up. I wanted to know is it okay to post a link on your blog. This link is for earning giftcards for over 50 places, such as Amazon, ebay, Kmart, walmart, playstation network, burger king, and many many others. It is very easy to earn points by watching short vidoes, taking 10 question surveys, regular surveys, playing games and many other things. I have been on the site for 6 months and I have earned 600.00. in different gift cards and I have even requested checks. You can even get 100 points and get a 1.00 giftcard. The reason that I am asking about posting a link is because honestly when i refer someone I get more points. I wanted to make sure that it was ok. Also if this is not okay I will just post the name of the site so that everyone can use it.Your giftcards are instant so you do not have to wait for them in the mail.
The guy said all the nasty things to me because I was excited I received a product earlier than expected. I have a terminal illness and I don’t get to be out a lot. Also I live in very small town where a lot of items are not offered. I included in my review on this serum there were no miracles in a jar and it takes time for anyone to see results yet I was impressed with the product and what I had experienced in the week of use. I also stated that what works for me may not work for another. Everyone reacts differently to products. The man then says to me you were just so scared the club would kick out so you hurried to get the review in. No one has told me a time. The amz review club has a place to say I’m reviewing but the point being I was impressed and even subscribed to the product at full price for future shipments.
As you are performing these searches, list the URLs of all the websites you come across that might give you a review. Depending on how you like to work, you may want to contact them as you come across them, or simply list all the ones you can find first. We think it’s a good habit to go ahead and contact them as soon as possible so you can quickly gauge a return on your efforts.
Hi Lou:) Congratulations and continued $ucce$$ with your blog site. It is absolutely awesome!:) Ive been doing product reviews online at Amazon and a few at my wordpress site (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the hope of finding a way to earn while I write. I have already reviewed the good paying product companies and see that you have endorsed them. Good minds think alike:)) I am still deciding which one works for me and hope to enjoy what I love doing most, that is, besides dancing (Astaire) which also takes top priority, of course:)) That said, again many thanks and hope to share some good news soon. Be well and God bless….lilvix811 (Lori B)
If you think it’s necessary, you may also ask customers to write a title (or headline), and to provide a broad location (such as a city and/or state). If you want customers to be able to include images or video, use an upload function that you’ve tested on all devices.
This is a great article. I never even knew that companies give away products in exchange for “honest” reviews. I discovered it because it was mentioned on several reviews for a product ( http://www.amazon.com/Sunbeam-SB022-Handheld-Sewing-Machine/dp/B005UFLE4G/ref=sr_1_4?s=gift-cards&ie=UTF8&qid=1438559732&sr=8-4&keywords=Handheld+sewing) that I was considering. Most people only gave it one star, but all of the reviewers who received the product gave it five stars. (There were between eight and ten reviews.)
But unlike Siri, which is still secondary to touch as a means of interfacing with iOS devices, Alexa is essentially all the Echo has. It was critical for Amazon to get her right — thankfully, she delivers (and yes, calling Alexa “she” feels more correct than calling Alexa “it,” a testament to how personable she is).
Amazon is making a significant change to its Community Guidelines, announced today, which will eliminate any incentivized reviews, except for those that emerge from within its own Amazon Vine program. This program allows Amazon – not the seller or vendor – to identify trusted reviewers, and has a number of controls in place in order to keep bias out of the review process.
If they see you’re unlikely to leave reviews, they most likely won’t give it to you. For this reason we recommend leaving a few reviews on products you’ve previously purchased before trying AMZ Review Trader.
Even if you don’t manage your feedback in FeedbackFive, you can still sign up for an account to track product reviews. If you do that, you will have access to the “My Product Reviews” interface and will be able to see other pages, but we won’t import orders or send emails on your behalf. If you’re a FeedbackFive user already, “My Product Reviews” will appear in your dashboard’s sidebar. You can track two ASINs for free, or you can sign up for this enhancement to your account, which starts at $9.95 per month.
Pitching a seller means that you contact the seller directing instead of going through a review site. You will need to have a good Amazon Rank (under #200,000) so if you’re just starting out, you may want to get a few reviews under your belt before pitching. When you’re ready, here’s what you need to do:
A review may not show on your item for one of two reasons. First, your item may not be eligible for review. Second, a review may not have been provided by a buyer. eBay prompts buyers to be the first to write products reviews.
A review site that has been around for about 2 years, and run by AMZ.one, a toolset made for helping Sellers. Has a huge marketplace of products to choose from, sortable by country, price and expiry. Available for reviewers in USA, UK, Canada, China, Italy, India, Germany, Japan, Spain and France.
(4) Now, you should finally be at the screen to register/create and EA account. Clicking “submit” never worked for us, so we clicked on the –> to continue. This is when I nearly lost it, after all this work we find out that “The registration key used to instal this game cannot be validated.” If you click on help with registration it just takes you to a page for password recovery. I also tried to look at the technical support mentioned in the back of the book with the DVD for help. I can get to the main page, but there is no content at all.
Since launching, the Echo has only gotten smarter. Most of what’s new comes by way of Alexa’s “Skills,” which are essentially the Echo’s apps. Whenever you enable one, you’re basically teaching Alexa a new trick. And, thanks to Amazon releasing a software development kit that third parties can use to craft those Skills, the list of options is growing rapidly. As of July 2017, the number of skills is well above 10,000.
Since Amazon is famous for its extensive line of products, their low prices, and great convenience, this news put their customer’s trust, one of Amazon’s core assets, on the line. They needed to fix this, or else, their business would be affected.
