Looks like he was actually wiped from amazon at some point. It is happening more. They can wipe without warning or reason and probably assume he violated something. Not giving the specific reason does not allow the person the ability to properly defend and appeal. They have plenty of customers. .they could care less. They violate rules themselves. In turn they are hurting the reviewers, sellers, and finally themselves. They need to revamp their method of plan, control, and rules. The rules are vague.

So based on that, I personally don’t think ProductTestingUsa.com is a real legit product testing company. Keep in mind that this is from my very limited interaction with their website and that of Tracy’s experience.

The Bad: EA put too much hype out there about it for way too long. They had everyone drooling over this games possibilities for YEARS. Talking like if gamers played this game every day, all day, it would take almost 80 years for them to explore all the games possible stars in the galaxy. And of course when the makers of Sims say something like that, it’s very believable and appealing. But the game just didn’t live up to the hype.

I don’t think there is much you can do, Tracy. Keep in mind that when they do these product testing runs, they are looking for specifics demographic (basically their main consumers), so based on the info you provided, you may not be a good fit for any of their tests so far. That’s why I recommend joining multiple sites so you can increase your odds.

There are no hard stats. Review writing is not a science. It’s all subjective, both Vine reviews and non-Vine reviews. Sure, some judge less harshly because they got the items for free, just as some judge more harshly because want to prove their opinion was not bought.

You don’t need Vine to participate in Amazon giveaway’s and discounts. Check out amzrc.com for some awesome deals that you can get for a huge discount. Just leave an honest review in exchange for getting such a great deal!

Once you get the approval to test, the company will ask for your address to send you the product to test for a week or two.  Then, they’ll follow up with you with an email asking questions about the product you’ve tested.  When you’re done, you get paid!  WOO HOO!

Your link goes to some funky text-only page. The original link is—Milwaukee 2621-20 M18 Sawzall Reciprocating Saw – tool Only – – Amazon.com. Fakespot gave it an A—Fakespot | Milwaukee 2621 20 M18 Sawzall Reciprocating Saw Tool Only Fake Review Analysis, and ReviewMeta gave it a PASS—Milwaukee 2621-20 M18 Sawzall Reciprocating Saw – tool Only Amazon Review Analysis: ReviewMeta.com. You really have to wonder about mostly 5 star reviews and a few 4 star ones and no lower ratings. And the one-liners that comprise the majority. There is even a one-worder! Frankly I always look for the most critical reviews. I never read 4 and 5 star reviews. I assume most of them are fake or by naive star-struck buyers who haven’t spent any time with the tool.

4. Once on the Seller’s details page, look to the right side for blue outlined box and a link near the bottom of it in a paragraph starting with “For questions regarding products”. Click it (you will be asked to log in.) See screenshot:

You are in no way obligated to give them a ‘good’ review, as you know. My advice is to simply respond with “I would love to review this, thanks!” After you get the product, feel free to send them feedback about asking you to write a ‘good’ review. Again, in my experience, no Seller has ever responded to my critiques of their emails. Which is why I wrote a blog post on the subject of writing better emails to Reviewers.

i have a product on amazon and it’s clear competitors have written negative reviews, to the effect of “I have never bought this product, but it’s a 1-star because xyz”. How do I get these review removed?!

I spoke with some of the campaign companies and they say that getting new reviewers is not the problem, it’s getting enough sellers to supply all the demand from reviewers. Another chicken and the egg problem—an ongoing balancing act.

If you want a good example of fake GOOD book reviews though, try looking at Ryan Holiday’s “Trust Me, I’m Lying.” And then read the “most helpful” (and practically sole) one-star review on the page. Hilarious.

3.      Request Amazon reviews via newsletter and social media. Chances are, the folks subscribed to your newsletter and your fans on Facebook already like you, so why not ask them for reviews? There’s a decent chance they’ve already bought a product from you, so they can provide legitimate, positive Amazon customer reviews. In our article about getting reviews on Yelp, we noted that Yelp discouraged directly soliciting reviews. Amazon, on the other hand, is much more lax.

Based on all the great feedback and comments, I am looking to spin up a website for reviewers where we can all get together and learn from each other, share stories and information. Does anyone have interest in something like that?

In my opinion they’re not requiring it, just strongly suggesting what they’d like. I actually had to deal with a seller yesterday who emailed me about a previous review that they claimed was hurting sales. I had given an item 3 stars and they wanted me to change it to four or more.

There are more popping up all the time, but there are a select few with great reputations that you can be sure will deliver what they promise. After testing a whole range of sites ourselves we have come up with a list of the most trusted product testing sites below.

That’s great that it has been around for years and years but like Jenni Li said it is a conflict of interest if the company that puts food on your table asks you to do a review for their book. Nobody with half a brain is going to write an actual review if it is bad. You might just as well go into your bosses office and kick him in the shins.

I know, I know….I should just type and not bother with any edits until I finish completely. But I’m a little OCD, and as soon as an error pops up I have to fix it. I’ve gone back and forth with editors, professors, up to and including my wife! But it’s just me, as my compulsion forces me to fix edits as I go. Grammarly has been very helpful, working along with me, together merrily Fixing edits as we go and keeping my blood pressure down!

Thank you for such valuable information, Lou! I’m commenting on your reply regarding ProductTestingUSA.com being a scam. It would be nice to note in the main article if possible, since not everyone will read all the comments.

hello Louida, am happy to meet you at last.i have been looking for someone like you,my name is Francis cosmos, please i want you to be my online mentor please reply via my email frankume@yahoo.com MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AMEN.

Do you have one main Twitter account or multiple accounts for each company? Would there be a conflict with writing reviews/feedback on products for different companies (i.e Influenster, Smiley360, etc) on the same account?

What I want to know is how in the world do I delete my AMZ Review Trader account? I’ve tried contacting them through their page and through facebook with just an automated response telling me they will not respond to my email and to go to their help section. I feel that this is a really shady website and I no longer wish to deal with them and the fact that there is no way to delete my account makes me even more suspicious. Has anybody successfully deleted their account with them? I don’t want them having my info anymore.

At No Kidding Coupon, my coupon to get a product did not work on amazon. I also was unable to reset my password when I had trouble logging into their site. Their Facebook page doesnt have activity since 2014 but I did post a question there anyway hoping to get a reply.

Once your Amazon Profile has been updated and you are ready to start getting free products to review, be sure to check out my growing list of Amazon Review Sites for Free Products. Signing up for even just some of these will ensure you are busy with more review request emails than you ever though possible.

Update: Amazon Review Sites can no longer require you to leave a review, but they are strongly encouraged. By having a strong Amazon Profile, you’re more likely to have sellers approve you for a discounted product.

I’ll admit it. Shopping for a personal tank can be a bit daunting. Many times in the past I’ve purchased overpriced, so-called “battle tanks”, then driven them into battle only to be wrecked in ten minutes by the first blow off of some insurgents home-made morter.

It is in Amazon’s best interest for products to have positive reviews – this builds faith in the Amazon Marketplace (makes people feel good about any potential purchase) and encourages sellers to pay for amazon shill services, (VINE) much like YELP extorts local business owners.

I ask it for the morning headlines as I brew my 8 a.m. pot of coffee. I ask it to play the most recent episode of my favorite podcast while I work out. I ask it to set a timer when I throw a frozen pizza in the oven for dinner. I ask it to turn my lights out when I’m hitting the sack. It’s always listening, and it always just works.

You make it sound like dishonesty is some sort of requirement. If you hate everything and rate it all 1-star, they will still keep sending you stuff. I’ve never heard of someone being kicked out of Vine for being too honest. The more common problem is people selecting items for review that they either never took out of the box, only gave a cursory examination of or didn’t know how to use (or literally could not use).

Such a cool article here. I am always looking forward this author and other authors on Wirecutter. I think the authors are far more intelligent than other authors you find elsewhere. Many of them are alos very funny. Sometimes I laugh and laugh and laugh.
