“amazon product review writer -how do you review amazon products for free”

We send our Research Team out into the marketplace (i.e., the places you shop). They participate in online forums, monitor trends, follow industry news, rub elbows with thought leaders and keep an eye on new advancements in home and technology.

Don’t list interests or review items that you have no interest in, and certainly don’t list interests that are outside your ability or skill set. If you have no idea what JavaScript is, then don’t list it as an interest in the hopes someone would send you a book on the subject. Same goes for high end items like projectors. People do get sent projectors from time to time via the Vine program, but writing “I love reviewing projectors!” is not the way to go about it: writing well-written reviews on projectors you own is. We’ll get into how to write review below.

Our demographic isn’t the same, but it wouldnt hurt to ask: How long after signing up did you start noticing product testing surveys and such? I’m pretty consistant with filling out as many surveys as possible!

“Used to order from amazon for years but this past year has been consistently bad and I I’m done ordering from amazon. No one else has issue that delivers to me. I paid 12 dollars for guaranteed delivery. Call customer service. They send the driver back out several hours later. DRIVER DOES THE SAME THING. they have my number and address, I tell them to call if have any issues. Nothing. Receive notification for fail delivery attempt. Cancel my order because I’ve had enough”

The company’s popular stand mixer and a handful of other products will come in four new shades of salmon, blue, pink and merlot. The company also showed off several new small appliances at the International Home and Housewares Show this weekend in Chicago.

Companies first ask if I have a Prime account—which means I can get free shipping. When I say yes and agree to review their product, I receive a coupon code for 100% off the price. I order the item as I normally do, use the code and get it 2 days later.

Most of these have deteriorated over the past year from offering high quality items for review into a dumping ground for sellers seeking to score more attention for their dubious supplements, cheap electronics accessories, Chinese-made “dollar store” type goods, and more recently adult “novelties.”

However, Amazon hasn’t stated yet what makes a brand “Vine-worthy” or how to get invited for this program. We could expect this to change in the near future once the interest on the Vine program increases.

This article is extremely out of date and completely incorrect. The invitation criteria is not known by the public nor Vine members. Anything purported above is nothing but a guess. Not totally impossible, but still a guess.

The article makes no mention of clicking on the user name and seeing their review history. I clicked on a user yesterday, and she had a history of 16 reviews…all on the same day. Apparently TheWireCutter never thought of doing that. Unimpressed.

Actually, Amazon does require that you have an account and you’ve purchased something before you can review. I’m an author, and I had 5 different people buy a book directly from me, and when they went to review it, because they hadn’t ever bought anything, they weren’t allowed to. I tested the theory by making a dummy account, and I was told the same thing.

The seller will give you a promotional code that you can use to get the product for free or heavily discounted. In this case, you will actually go through the process of buying the product on Amazon, but when you get to the checkout page you enter the code.

I am sorry that you have had bad luck with amazonreviewtrader, however I love using it! I have gotten so many good discounts/free items from the site. I have 6 things on there way right now actually to review! I have found that sometimes you do have to wait a bit longer than you would like to be able to review an item but if you request a bunch of things that you wish to review, you will most likely get chosen to do so. The ones that are completely free sometimes take a little longer than the ones you have to pay a little for. Hope this helps 🙂

Filling out your profile is one thing, optimizing it so suppliers can get a sense of who you are and easily contact you is another. The Amazon profile in use today has a space for “pen name”, signature, location, email, website, occupation, About Me, and Interests. None of this except your ‘pen name’ is required to be filled out, though the more you fill out the more optimal your profile will be to suppliers looking for people to review their products.

Reviewing is a time-intensive process – writing a review report can be almost as much work as writing a manuscript! – but it is very worthwhile for the reviewer as well as for the community. Reviewers:

  1. One site that seemingly never run out of deals. The website owner manages to strike an exclusive arrangement with just Amazon Sellers so it is particularly focused in that respect. On daily basis, the deals flow through your e-mail at 10am PST.
I think a MUCH bigger problem then dishonest Vine reviews are fake reviewers that are either the manufacturer/seller reviewing the product for themselves or a marketing company or private contractor hired to leave fake positive reviews. I have left reviews and pointed out that the others were fake and Amazon DID block my review even though I left a totally legit review. I will categorically never buy a product that has fake reviews.
First and foremost, we are a review site – not a news site. We won’t have updates and announcements of new product launches or news about upcoming changes to the latest and greatest handheld gadget before its released. You can visit one of the other Purch brands for that.
No. All Vine products are submitted by vendors to Amazon, and distributed by Amazon to the Vine Voices. Vendors have no contact with the Vine Voices, and have no influence over which Vine Voices will review their products.
