Survey Club is another great, well-trusted panel I get quite a few products to test a month with good pay; they’re very well rated company and been around for years! Very fun panel to join! 💰 Pays by Cash and Gift Cards

Let’s say that during calendar year 2016, 10 of the sellers I refer spend 1,000 in the site’s platform fees during their first month, will I then be issued an IRS form 1099 indicating that I earned 10,000 in taxable (to me) income? Sure, prior to completing my “refer a seller program membership upgrade”, I would be aware of this since I’ll have read the site agreement’s fine print. Yes, I do that when my tablet and my phone prompt me to upgrade iOS software, just like I do when an upgrade/update message from iTunes/MS Word/Acrobat Reader appears on my screen asking me to click, “agree” prior to clinking, “install.” Sure I do.
Took me all of 2 min to go through a half dozen products posted on the Amazon Shill/Club Review Sites and compared them to the Amazon listing. Surprise, most if not all the positive reviews were shills ‘discounts’ and nearly all the negative reviews were from actual users…some of the shill reviews gave 5 starts for products that didn’t even work! In one dash cam example I found, the video quality was so poor, it rendered it useless…and the reviewer still gave it 5 stars!
Amazon wouldn’t be the first online entity to not update their public blurb pages, nor provide specific details on internal programs. I’m not able to go into detail, though, so you can “win” if you feel the need.
I’ve seen a tea product review with 1000s of good reviews, and looking deeper it was a combination of reviews from other tea flavours because they lumped them all together in one listing (with the choice of changing the flavour before adding to cart). It sucks, you can’t see the reviews specific to that flavour and it’s misleading if you don’t take your time to look.
I do think there is a notable difference between ‘free’ and ‘discounted’, paying even a couple dollars for something seems to have some notable psychological So I’m not a fan of Vine, which does special shipments of things a reviewer might not have any interest in at zero cost. However, *some* of these discount-in-exchange-for-a-review sites my wife has been using actually have some merit.
Thank you so much for this list!! I’ve had great luck with snagshout, elitedealclub, and amazingdealsgroup. I love oz naturals as well. Also another company that lets you buy their full size products for around $1 in exchange for a review is Instanatural. Just sign up for their emails on their website and they’ll send you opportunities to try their products.
Reading reviews for products is invaluable in helping you make an informed decision before buying a product, therefore writing reviews which are helpful are necessary to complete the process ,making the whole purchasing experience more enjoyable and rewarding .I have myself giving numerous reviews hoping to help alleviate the potential pitfalls of products and also to give an honest appraisal .
You may also want to try using one of the many campaign companies to help you get reviews. Companies like Honest Few, I Love to Review, and Reviews for Free (to name a few) can help get your product in front of reviewers and reviews posted with in a week or so thereafter. It’s far easier than doing it yourself.

I cannot get the HP z27 to work with my Mac Air or Mac mini. What gives? This thing comes with three cables, none of them, including the displayport to display port mini cable, work. Getting fed up and am about to return this heap.
You have to act quickly, however, as they go incredibly fast. Most of the items listed won’t go above $30 at full retail value, but it’s pretty easy to snag a few decent products for only $1 – $2 dollars.
Not only are the reviews syntactically bizarre, many of them appear to be written about phone chargers, not headphone dongles. This latter problem Amazon attributed to a technical error — different color options for the product were actually different products entirely — but if it’s an error, it’s a widespread one. As of this writing, these two-in-one Lightning splitter from eurHpandray had much the same problem: hundreds of five-star reviews, none of them verified purchases, with many listing different “color” options that are also seemingly for different products. In effect, this means that anyone who doesn’t spend inordinate amounts of time examining reviews would come away with the impression that the individual product had hundreds of positive reviews.
I’ve tried repeatedly to reach out to AMZ Review Trader because I always get a pop up that my URL is already in use.. I don’t share my Amazon account with anyone, and this was my first time trying to sign up (several times), so apparently someone is using my URL. No one is answering my emails, they just have an automated response system that directs you back to the FAQs page because they don’t have enough help to answer the reviewer emails. I have also tried the FB page, nothing. I’ve tried all avenues to get into contact with someone there who may be able to look up my URL in my system and see who’s fraudulently using it. I’ve worked very hard at my reviews, and the thought of someone swiping my URL really, really annoys me.
It’s been a while, but you might remember that this ridiculous wolf-themed T-shirt became an ironic best-seller on Amazon back in 2009, paving the way for countless product reviews. I mean, it’s not every day that a t-shirt warrants its own Wikipedia page. With so many great reviews to choose from, it was almost impossible to narrow things down to just one representative example. That said, this one here, which was one of the first to grace the product’s Amazon page, might just do the trick.
Hi Tristan, i’ve just read your blog and there are so many helpful hints. I’ve been reviewing product now for just under a month and i’m absolutely loving it. I have products turn up on my doorstep that I would not normally look at, it’s great. I can only find 2 sites in the UK for product testing, are you able to advise me of any other sites?
2. USE a MASTER COPY OF your reviews (Mine is Called “NewEgg-000”) with ANY COMMENTS AND/OR WARNINGS AND SUCH and then just ADD your personal Review to this MASTER COPY. When you’re done with your NEW Review, then save this copy as “WHATEVER NAME-001” or “WHATEVER NAME-088” or whatever name/number you want to. This way if ANYONE has ANY QUESTIONS AND/OR COMMENTS about WHAT you said OR DIDN’T SAY you can provide them with the original Review. This saves a LOT of time AND arguments.
