Hi, Megan It is reallly useful to read your article . But I have a question . As you said ,Be prepared to offer your product for free in exchange for a revieBut as far as I know , it is not allowed as it is agaist Amazon policy . Also if he does not pay the bill , will amazon allow top reviewer to make a review ? Waiting for your fast reply . Best regards
I am so tired of reading reviews from people that rcv the prodcuts for a discount/free – so many of them are obviously paid/fake since the reviewers clearly have never used the product. I immediately downvote any review where I see a disclaimer about a person receiving the product at a discount/free. I don’t care about the various programs that amazon runs…VINE or otherwise. Rarely do I see a person give less than a 3star rating on a ‘discount/free’ product. Amazon should create two rating systems: a verified buyer rating and a ‘shill rating’.
Just wanted to say really thanks for putting this blog together, I came here many months back and have since singed up to really great sites based on the description given of various sites. So thanks 🙂
Please can u suggest some websites for Indian users.. i found ur blog useful! but mostly the products are for US or other western countries. Please tell me genuine product testing websites for us. I live in India.
Promotional Reviews – In order to preserve the integrity of Customer Reviews, we do not permit artists, authors, developers, manufacturers, publishers, sellers or vendors to write Customer Reviews for their own products or services, to post negative reviews on competing products or services, or to vote on the helpfulness of reviews. For the same reason, family members or close friends of the person, group, or company selling onAmazon may not write Customer Reviews for those particular items.
I stumbled across your page and tried out a couple pages. I’m crossing my fingers that some pan out since the first couple I could hardly qualify for a survey. Thanks so much for sharing. Your page is awesome.
Also, they asked me to check some of the existing reviews, and to click that one helped me. They suggested the video review that was included, but said I could choose any one that I liked. I did click and choose to say the video review helped me, because it’s a solid review and it did a great job of showcasing the product features. But the whole thing just seemed different than what I expected.
With Survey Panels, you get paid to take surveys, do product testing, join paid focus groups, and joining online communities. Some surveys you’ll qualify for and some you’ll not because it depends on what demographic the company is looking for.
New review site. It’s pretty simple, offers are through email but you actually have a shot at them. Excepted me after 2 days on my 4th review. Emails are completely unpredictable I try to check often. All free except 1 was $1. Product Frenzie is the address just add the rest since it won’t let me post urls.
In my opinion they’re not requiring it, just strongly suggesting what they’d like. I actually had to deal with a seller yesterday who emailed me about a previous review that they claimed was hurting sales. I had given an item 3 stars and they wanted me to change it to four or more.
Wanted to let you know. I have about 70 reviews on Amazon currently, and as a writer I feel they are well written and thought out. I stumbled across your blog over the weekend, and following your advice I rewrote a few of them, and I completed a profile including a photo. I had never added one bit of personal information before reading your blog.
I have been look for sometime now , to do this kind of stuff to do, I have nothing else to do ,other than time , it would help me out besides give me something to do that’s important , to ppl an this is ,can you tell where to go or what web site thanks Merry Christmas
In order to be able to do so, you need to know some rules. For instance, what influences users’ decision to choose a certain seller on Amazon? No, it’s not advertisement. At least, not the commercial one. The users assess the credibility of the seller and quality of the product by the reviews of buyers. If a seller is popular, it means that they have best reviews on Amazon and social media, and people trust them enough to make a purchase.
4. How to get a review. Click on each reviewer to get details on the person. Note that this step may require some sleuthing skills. In some cases the reviewer will share their contact information, in other cases they will share their name and business, and in some cases they reveal squat. I have found about 50 percent of the time I can find a way to contact the person in under a minute—often via e-mail, other times via a Facebook page or Twitter.
