Still, if it’s audio quality you’re concerned with, you can find better-sounding speakers at this price. The option to sync the Echo up with an external sound system and use it more strictly as a point of control would be a good fix, and a nice touch for the audiophiles out there. That’s an option with the pint-sized Echo Dot, but not with the full-sized Echo. Amazon seems pretty committed to the idea of the Echo as an all-in-one device.
Would love to be a Vine reviewer….I currently help people online at no cost when they encounter a problem with merchandise. I have also solved alot of issues here on Amazon when company’s blame Amazon for selling faulty products. Would love to review products!

Thanks for the reply. You’re entitled to your assumptions just as any reviewer is entitled to give his honest opinion. I leave five star reviews for products that work exactly as advertised and whose over all quality meets or exceeds the price point. To me a four star review suggests that the product has some specific flaw[s], if only minor. Since the Anker headphones I got for my tenant performed perfectly in my test, very good sound quality and no perceptible physical defects, I left a five star review.

“I have been using Amazon feedback software, FeedbackExpress, for a month now and without question, my seller metrics are improving. The carefully worded emails they have produced are without question getting more customers to leave positive feedback and product reviews.”
Each day we receive offers of products that are seeking reviews online. Companies, entrepreneurs, public relations firms, publicists, and marketing agencies want to give free samples, “review copies”, or discounts on their products to encourage positive “word of mouth” comments, shares, ratings, and online reviews.
Sorry for the long post but I just had to come back to let you know about such a positive result I gained from following your advise…thank you so much and if I can be of help to anyone else on this I’d be more than happy to share my experience…I definitely agree that if a seller has followed the link to your Public Profile from one of your reviews this is where I think they decide to contact you or not. If anyone is thinking of trying this then I’d say go for it…I never thought in a million years I’d get this opportunity but this excellent article by Tristan changed all that completely…its a fun and rewarding way to spend some of your spare time! 🙂 Thanks again Tristan!
I don’t spend a single minute looking for ‘valid products’ on any of the sites. I only respond to the emails asking for product reviews. The emails being sent out with coupon codes already in them are likely to all be taken by the time I get to them, so I rarely bother chasing those anymore.
If you think all or most Vine reviews are worthless, don’t read them. They all have big green banners on them, clearly marking them as Vine reviews. And no one should be buying products after looking only at the star count. That is particularly true of books. There are so many books with author associated reviews it’s not funny.
Take the Amazon Echo out of the box and plug it in, and you’ll hear the sound of Alexa waking up. She’ll say hello, then talk you through the setup process. You’ll connect to the speaker’s Wi-Fi network on your phone or tablet, then sync things back up with your home network in the Alexa app. Within a minute, you’ll be up and running.
As for being attacked, don’t write your review with that fear in mind. You are supposed to be writing for the customer in mind. I wrote a negative review about some probiotics once, and it gets more up-votes than any other product I reviewed recently. I still get asked to review probiotics (which I don’t accept anymore.)
I love how you are so willing to share your expertise with others. I never would have known about the site. Unfortunately, every time I’ve tried to participate, either the items are sold out (even when I buy it right as the time starts) or when II go to purchase something, it’s quite a bit more than it send. I enter the coupon code, but would have to pay quite a bit more than it says. Is this just because I’m low on the chart because I just started or is it a scam by the companies who are trying to pull the old bait and switch. I’ve found this especially true if the item is supposed to cost me just one dollar. I’ve been checking for over a couple of weeks now, but haven’t found any valid deals. There have been items that I would have gotten and reviewed if they hadn’t jacked up the price. I’ve also received the message that the people (Janet and Deborah) above have commented on. How many hours do you spend just looking for products that are valid? I’ve spent an hour or two a day, and right now it doesn’t seem worth the time. Do I just need to be patient and keep writing reviews? I have reviewed around 80 products on Amazon. I realize that’s just a fraction of what most people have. Because I’m an author and editor, I do enjoy writing reviews regardless of what I get out of it so I’ll keep reviewing products I’ve bought, but not sure about the AMZ [Trader] site. Thanks for your patience and diligence. I do appreciate your time and effort to teach people like me.
Maybe a few paragraphs about how the rise of online shopping has affected academia, or whatever, but you’d probably rather just find what PhD student Alastair Gibbons has been doing with a vibrator, so here:
Since January 14, I have tried to get some one form either Amazon and/or HomeTown, to organise the return and refund. Nobody, either at Amazon and/or at HomeTown seems to care about the multiple emails, and complaints sent this January 14.
As the name suggests, you will be writing reviews about softwares. You can expect to get paid up to $50 dollars for each software review you write. They have a list of softwares that you can write reviews on. Although, you are limited to only 3 reviews a day.

We then lay out each product grouping in a side-by-side comparison that’s unique to Top Ten Reviews. Of course you can click on each product for a more in-depth look into what sets it apart from the others.
I really do think the uk are at a disadvantage at this game!! It’s not fair! I do wish all these sites would have a uk section like art does. We are very limited over here! Humf! Please post any uk sites you find, would be ever so grateful. Lol xx
One advantage to shopping on Vipon is that you can apply to try 20 products at once. The downside is that each individual merchant must approve your request. Many other review sites treat deals as “first come first serve” with instant approval. You might be approved by the next business day or it can take several weeks.
Readers, keep in mind that the above company charges $5 per application to be a reviewer. The instructions were a bit confusing and lengthy, so I don’t know what that $5 really gets you, and if you have to pay each month, or each time you want to receive something. Please do your own due diligence, I do not know anything more about them than what you can read on their site. I am not affiliated with them.
Personally, my favorite reviewers are the Vine reviewers that are also top reviewers. I love it when they mention other products in the same category they have used, and state what the advantages are. It’s nice to have a group of people out there that have tried 6 different brands of (vacuum, printer, slowcooker, router, dishtowel) in 2 years and can help you make a good decision or answer questions on items that are just hitting the market.
Pick a seller (if the product has more than one) to send your request to. Try to find the sellers email on their page, or thought Google or Facebook. If you can’t, just message them on Amazon by clicking “Ask a question” on their page.
FeedbackFive is an automation tool with a purpose – to solicit feedback. This doesn’t mean, however, that the interaction can’t feel warm and personal while accomplishing that goal. In fact, you’re more likely to actually get a response if you do more than send a standard, plain-vanilla message.
No. Starting on May 6, product reviews will be available for those listings that are eligible. eBay sellers who previously opted out of product reviews on My eBay will will be opted back into product reviews. If you opted out and want to opt in to take advantage of the benefits of product reviews before May 6 you can do so on My eBay.
The purpose of the Amzrc Amazon product review service is not just to make profit. The concept was inspired by the desire to help people, who need their first push to success. We know, that buyers can be reluctant to buy products from a new seller, this is why they need some encouragement. We are ready to provide it!
BzzAgent is my favorite! I get so many free stuff to test that I’ve lost count!!! Great company! Doesn’t pay, but I love getting so much stuff each month!!!!!! 💰 Pays by MyPoints rewards to redeem for free merchandise, gift cards
Do you think this is okay for me to say? I don’t want to blow my first shot at a review, but I don’t want to commit to misleading anyone either. Fortunately, the product has a bunch of good reviews as of now, and it’s inexpensive. So for the price, I’m sure there will be redeeming qualities. But still….
You’re going to want to spend a lot of time on Google searching for all the sites that would be a good fit for reviewing your product. Chances are your initial searches will lead you into more searches, so prepare to devote a good chunk of your day to this.
Actually, Amazon does require that you have an account and you’ve purchased something before you can review. I’m an author, and I had 5 different people buy a book directly from me, and when they went to review it, because they hadn’t ever bought anything, they weren’t allowed to. I tested the theory by making a dummy account, and I was told the same thing.
One of the major factors that determine how high your website ranks on search engines like Google is the number of other websites that link back to your website. Getting bloggers or other websites to review your products is a great way to “build links” back to your website. And of course the benefit of this is that it will increase the amount of free traffic your website receives from search engines.
Hey Shannon! I would say, always complete the surveys the survey panels will send you to your email box. Some surveys will end up being a product test for you to do at home. Some people get a lot of products to test and some do not, it all depends on what the company is looking for to review their products.
As for the second criteria – Amazon looks for your interest and expertise in specific product categories. Anecdotal evidence shows that sticking to one product category, and becoming a recognized and helpful expert in that field gives you a better chance of becoming a Vine member.
